This was a request. It is a little horrific and I felt a little sick while making this and reading some of these deaths, so WARNING to younger viewers. But to be honest I have a lot more to do, which I will add in time, so keep checking for more updates:

6. Fall back into closet into ethereal pit (Bad guy)
7. Gutted with kitchen knife
8. Knifed in the throat
9. Falls down elevator shaft/torn in half
10. Drinks cleaning solution/hole burned in throat
11. Throat slit
12. Electrical cord dropped on floor filled with water/electrocute
13. Tied to bed, maggots crawled into arm using cuts, cut open with scalpel
14. Chest open up with medical tool, heart torn out
15. Horses attached to body parts, filled with bile/exploded
16. Possessed
17. Knifed in back, 2 syringes in eyes
18. Strangled hung from ceiling by belt
19. Mouth impaled by broken bong
20. Pulled into metal clothing box/snapped in half
21. Sliced in half by fan
22. Dragged into laundry, mutilated
23. Dragged in closet, disembowelled
24. Possessed, pulled out elevator, killed
25. Dragged under bed, killed
26. Chest slashed with bladed glove, thrown, dragged up wall to ceiling/dropped
27. Sheet wrapped around neck/dragged up/ neck snapped/hung
28. Dragged in bed/slashed, blood loss
29. Pulled through door window
30. Back slashed twice with bladed glove
31. Slashed down torso through door with bladed glove
32. Face/throat slashed with bladed glove
33. Fell into boiling hot pool/burned
34. Fell into fire/burned
35. Trampled
36. Bladed glove in stomach/gutted
37. Thrown/barbecue grill knocked off
38. Bladed glove through chest from inside
39. Arms/legs slashed with bladed glove, veins pulled out/manipulated to falling off high ledge
40. Head bashed in television screen/ Head caught in the implosion of the screen/ electrocuted
41. Leg slashed with bladed glove, massive amounts of heroin injected in veins
42. Lifted/bladed glove in chest/ heart ripped out
43. Thrown/impaled through back on car's tail fin
