In all the years you'd known Charlie Swan, you knew he wasn't great with words and expressing how he felt. That was why it took him so long to pluck up the courage to tell you he liked you (after you'd been the one to ask him out twice).
Despite his slight awkward nature, you loved him nonetheless - so much so, that you wanted to spend the rest of your life with him.
When the day of your wedding arrived, you had your vows ready and written perfectly. It came the time to read your vows aloud to your soon-to-be husband, and when you finished, you looked up at him and a feeling of surprise and almost shock washed over you as you saw the tears brimming in his eyes that were full of adoration and the soft, loving smile on his lips.
It was the single best moment of your life.
