Artemis p.o.v:

"I was trying to befriend him as a mortal girl, but somehow he figured out that it was me!" Aphrodite explained.

"Why did you stay here? Did he leave a message of some sort?" I questioned the goddess.

"He told me that you would be here, he led you here. So, he did leave a message. A very clear one at that." She answered.

"Well, what was it?" I impatiently asked.

"You want me to recreate the exact scene?" Aphrodite asked.

"If it helps, yes." I quickly answered.

Aphrodite slowly stood up, a sword forming in her right hand. She pressed the sword against my throat.

"Forget I ever existed, or I'll make sure they'll never remember you! Follow me and find out how gods die. I'll be there where you can't find me." Aphrodite's voice was an almost perfect imitation of Perseus'. However, the real Perseus' voice would've sent a chill down my spine.

"Thank you, Lady Aphrodite. What does he mean?" Thalia asked me.

"Apart from the threats? He's going to the land beyond the gods, he's going to Alaska." I answered.

"Eugh, I've always hated that place." Atalanta voiced her thoughts.

"Yeah, me too." Thalia chipped in.

"So, do we pursue him or do we leave him?" Zoë asked me.

I had never given up on a hunt, but going to Alaska was dangerous and I've had enough danger the past few days.

"We return to the camp, and then we prepare the entire hunt. I won't allow a male to escape me." I declared.

"Are you sure? Let's have a coffee before you leave." Aphrodite proposed.

"Sure, I'll have an espresso." I demanded.

"Something for the girls?" Aphrodite asked.

"We'll have the same as Lady Artemis." Thalia answered for them.

"Okay! I'll be right back." An excited Aphrodite said.

A minute later, Aphrodite returns with a waiter behind her. He was carrying the coffee for her.

"Thank you, sweety." Aphrodite flirted.

"Really? Can you not flirt with everybody you meet?" I asked.

"No cutie, I can't." Aphrodite flirted with me.

"Stop that!" I growled.

"Okay, I'll try!" She said, "but no promises."

"So, has anything changed up there?" I asked.

"I'm afraid not. The big three are still gone, and Zeus is doomed even if he returns. His power is probably around half of what it was."

"That's not even our biggest problem " I said.

"Really? Then what is our biggest problem?"

"Hades and Zeus are going to be at war, Poseidon will probably side with Hades. And Ares will just sit on the throne and watch. I'm worrying that there might be a world war 3." I voiced my worries.

"Well, for now let's enjoy our coffee." Aphrodite said.

------------------------------------------
Nico p.o.v:

"Enjoying your new throne, I see." Ares looked up from his new throne.

"Well it's quite the throne, don't you think?" Ares asked.

He was right, it was quite the throne. The throne was twice as big as the one Zeus' used to rule from. It glowed red faintly, the color was a mix of blood red and black.

"Yes, indeed it is."

"Yours will be here." He pointed to his left.

"Sounds good." I said.

"Where is Perseus?" Ares asked me.

"He left camp in the night, Artemis is tracking him as we speak." I answered.

"As if she did a good job the last time." Ares scoffed. "Call Athena here."

"Athena your presence is required!"

------------------------------------------
Athena p.o.v:

"Athena your presence is required!" I heard Nico pray.

I instantly flashed into the throne room. In front of me Ares was sitting on the biggest throne I had ever seen, Nico was standing in between us.

"Go to Artemis and help her find Perseus!" Ares demanded.

I was about to protest, but then I saw Nico's face. A mixed expression, he looked stern the same way he had looked at me in his torturing cell. Only this time his face seemed to be pleading. So I agreed to help Artemis.

"Consider it done." I said lazily.

Nico's expression instantly turned to one of disappointment and Ares wasn't too happy either.

"What did you say, it wasn't clear who you were talking to." Ares said.

"Consider it done, Lord Ares." I corrected.

"Yes, thank you. Now, be on your way." He gestured to the exit.

I bowed quickly and turned around, my face was burning red with anger. After taking a short pause, I was on my way to Camp Half-Blood. Artemis was already there, together with her hunters and Aphrodite.

I appeared in front of the big house, demigods looked at me. Their expression a mixture of awe and confusion. I ignored their looks and walked up to the front door.

After knocking three times I opened the wooden door and slowly walked in. The smell, a mixture of man, horse, leopard and goddesses, was surprisingly calming. As if I had walked into a forest.

"So, we know his destination. Alaska, the question is what is he going to do there?" A puzzled Artemis said.

"Probably live his life without pain and disappointment." I said.

"Sounds about right." Aphrodite said.

Aphrodite was laying down on the couch, it could've fitted three people easily. But Aphrodite was spread out all over the couch, like some renaissance painting.

"He wants to be left alone, who can blame him. That boy has suffered so much. Percy deserves to be left alone." Chiron elaborated.

"Well, we don't have a choice. How a-" I was saying before Artemis interrupted me.

"We? What do you mean, we?" She asked.

"I mean you and I!" I answered.

"No! I can handle it on my own!" Artemis angrily declared.

"Like you've handled it for 5 years, right?" I retorted.

"Furthermore, the king deems it necessary that you receive my assistance." I continued on.

"Okay, fine! But I call the shots." She made clear.

"Okay, so where was I? How are we going to find him?" I asked.

"We go to Alaska and start from there." Artemis said.
