Splatoon: Agent 8 x Agent 3

An Octoling's Arrival In Inkopolis

Agent 8 was not prepared. Not one Inkling actually expected that one day an Octoling would set a foot  in Inkopolis. Much to his surprise they were still unaware that Marina from Off The Hook was an Octoling.
      After the horrific attempts of the TarTar and completing all of the painful tests in the Deep Sea Metro, Agent 8 finally made it to the surface or what he once called " The Promised Land".
     He never really thought of the consequences of an Octoling being in Inkopolis when he imagined himself in the big city while waiting his days in the subway of the Deep Sea Metro. But now-here he was.

Whispers and worried faces were the only things that 8 could hear and see as he wandered Inkopolis. " Is that an Octoling?", one Inkling whispers to another nearby Inkling. "What is that-that thing doing here?!" Another would say while pointing.

Agent 8 ran from the commotion as fast as he could. " Stupid me, I'm such a fool for coming here without even thinking of the trouble I would cause." He muttered under his breath as he looked back at the Inklings not noticing who he was about to collide into.

Agent 8 tumbles into a lime green haired Inkling girl and sends her crashing into the hard concrete floor. "Erghhh...," Agent 8 grumbles while rubbing his forehead.
   The now angry Inkling girl sits up and immediately demands questions, "H-HEY YOU, WHAT MAKES YOU THINK YOU COULD JUST GO AROUND CRASHING INTO PEOPLE?!"
Agent 8 looks up from the ground and at the Inkling girl with a flustered face from humiliation. " I-I'm really sorry, it was an accident."

      The Inkling girl's face suddenly changed from an angry red to a bewildered face. " A-Agent 8 w-what are you doing here?!" Agent 3 says as she gets up and brushes off her clothes.

Agent 8 stares at her with confusion, " Um..well I've always imagined about coming to Inkopolis but it seems that I'm just causing a ruckus." He replies with a soft chuckle.
    Agent 3 stares at the other Inklings who are worried and concerned. "Hmm , yes I can clearly see that." She says and then offers a hand to Agent 8 who is still on the floor. He takes her hand and slowly gets up. " Thanks." Agent 8 says.

" It's no problem, sooo... where are you headed off to now?" Agent 3 asks.
" Actually..I'm not even sure, I was hoping to somehow find my own place here and maybe even start my new life here, but realizing that an Octoling such as myself might only cause trouble." He replies while frowning and looking away from Agent 3.

He twiddles his fingers around in a nervous manner as Agent 3 stares at him while processing ideas. "Oh, I know!" She excitedly says with a one finger pointing up.
   " What is it?" Agent 8 curiously asks and his eyes now waiting for Agent 3's idea.
    " Weeellll, since Cap'n Cuttlefish let me take a break for a while from those patrols and all that stuff that had happened back there with TarTar-I can show you around Inkopolis and help you get adjusted." Agent 3 says with a cheerful face.
  
    " W-wait really you'd do that for me?" Agent 8 stutters a bit. " But where am I gonna live or st-stay at?" He adds.
"Oh, well I guess you could stay at my place??" Agent 3 says, " Umm we could be like roommates, If you don't mind that is!" She quickly adds to her offer.
     " Ah, I don't know. I'll have to eventually pay you back for all of this you are offering, right?" Agent 8 says.
Agent 3 slaps the palm of her hand into her face and says " Oh my gosh just accept the damn offer Agent 8, have you forgotten people are staring?!"
  Agent 8 nods and so the two then head off to Agent 3's apartment leaving a crowd of confused Inklings behind.

Authors note: yeah this is  shit and all but I was bored. This is actually my first otp story ever in my life ( not counting the ones I made as a joke on DA ) anyways pls let me know if u actually like it because then I will actually update it. For now I will most likely finish a few more chapters but if no one reads it..well shit. (˃̩̩̥ɷ˂̩̩̥)
