This isn't really an idea, just random scene I thought of so, uh, yeah.I typed a document in my computer while my students were taking a test, it was one of the few times they would shut up and it was perfect. Being a teacher was hard, harder than anyone would ever tell you. More students were little pieces of shit but somehow, somehow, I managed to get attached to those assholes. They were great, sometimes.
But the blissful silence was broken by a taping on a desk. At first I thought it was just a student thinking, but from the back of my brain I started to recognize a pattern. Morse Code.
Does someone know the answer to the third question?
"Oh no they didn't" I thought to myself. I looked up from my computer and saw that it was Susan Reynolds tapping the question.
It's B. William Jay tapped back.
No you idiot. A third person joined the conversation, Kitty Church. The answer is A.
I frowned, this is what students have recurred to now days? Learning Morse Code to cheat on tests? This little shits.
If I hear one more message being tapped, you can say goodbye to your tests and hello to an 'F'.
All three students looked at me with the most mortified expressions I've ever seen, it was hilarious.

I smiled as John Laurens goofed around I'm my class, he always did that on Friday. He was the type of teacher that enjoyed cheering up students. The South Carolinian had fought side by side with me in the Navy, now he taught in a high school by my side, and if the silver band on our fingers was any indication, we would stay the rest of our lives that way.
I snorted as he told a story about "The Time Mr. Hamilton Was Thought Dead" from when we were in the Navy. He made it sound funny, but I knew that day he had been an emotional wreck.
Without thinking, I tapped "I love you" on Morse Code on my desk. He smiled, and tapped "I love you too" on the white board.
I heard a gasp, and when I turned my head to the class I saw Susan Reynolds, William Jay, and Kitty Church with shocked expressions on their faces.
"Shit" I thought. "I forgot"
