Ice and Kale

(Timeskip to three weeks later)

After the defeat of Baby, Ice moved into the house with the rest of the family. Since then, we've been training together and improving our strongest forms. Ice learned to master his Golden form and use it without the massive stamina drain while I found a way to surpass my limits. Since the Tournament of Power, I've made regular trips to Universe 6 to train Kale and Caulifla just as I promised. Whis lended me a universal cube to go back and forth between universes. Today was no different. I said my goodbyes to 21 and the others when Ice emerged from the house.

"Hey Taro, where are you going? And what's with the giant cube?" He asked. 21 turned to face him.

"Many years ago, we all fought in a tournament between all 12 universes where we met Saiyans from Universe 6. Since then, he's been leaving once a week to train them." 21 explained. Ice nodded.

"Mind if I come with? More training partners can help me improve." Ice said. I chuckled.

"You sound just like a Saiyan. Alright, you can come. Amber, you come too. Interactions with more Saiyans can do you good." I said. Amber squealed as she and Ice entered the cube. We blasted off at super speeds, arriving in Universe 6 in about half an hour.

"So this is Universe 6? Doesn't look that much different." Ice commented. In about an hour after arriving in Universe 6, we landed on Planet Sadal, the home planet of the Universe 6 Saiyans. Exiting the cube, the three of us walked to the wastelands where Vados was waiting with Kale, Caulifla and Cabba. Kale was in her mastered Berzerker form sparring with Caulifla while Cabba was warming up.

"Hello Taro. We were wondering when you two would show up." Vados said. I waved back.

"Hello Vados. This is my daughter Amber and my friendly rival Ice. I decided to bring them along." I said. Vados floated over, inspecting Ice.

"Another Frost Demon? Just like Frost." She said. Ice turned to me confused.

"Who's Frost?" He asked.

"He's basically this Universe's version of Frieza." I explained. Ice smiled.

"I can't wait to beat the tar out of him then." He said before freezing in place. I looked at him as he just stood there, stareing off into space. I snapped my fingers in front of his face.

"Um, hello? Ice? Anyone home?" I asked, waving my hand in front of his face. I followed his eyes to find what he was stareing at. I soon found out. He was stareing at Kale, who was talking to Caulifla.

"Ice, snap out of it man! We have training to do!" I said, slapping him hard.

"Oh right. Sorry about that. I had something on my mind. Who is that?" He asked, pointing at Kale. I pinched the bridge of my nose.

"That's Kale, Caulifla's protege. Don't let your emotions dominate how you fight. Don't hold back just because you like her." I said. Ice nodded. The Universe 6 Saiyans turned to face us.

"So, who's fighting who?" Caulifla asked. I smiled.

"Caulifla, you're with me. Kale, you'll be fighting Ice and Cabba, you take on Amber. Now Amber, don't pull any punches, okay?" I said. Amber nodded. We powered up to max as Caulifla turned Super Saiyan Blue, Kale transformed into her mastered berserker form and Cabba powered up to Super Saiyan 3. As for us, Amber turned Super Saiyan 3, Ice transformed to True Golden, and I powered up to Royal Super Saiyan Blue. We raced at our opponents, clashing in mid air. Caulifla must have improved since I had last been here, which had been about a month due to the whole "Baby" thing.

"Man, you've gotten a whole lot stronger Caulifla! I'm impressed!" I said as she blocked one of my punches.

"I have? Haven't noticed. What I have noticed is your little buddy. He seems to have a crush on Kale." She said, pointing to the two of them. Ice wasn't pulling any punches, but he wasn't going all out either. While I watched them fight, Caulifla snuck up behind be and grabbed me tight. She walked her fingers up my arm.

"You know, if they're gonna date, we could join them..." she said, blushing. I pushed her away.

"For the millionth time Caulifla, I'm a married man! I can't just abandon 21 like that!" I said. Caulifla frowned.

"She won't know! Come on! Just one? Just one date?" She asked. I crossed my arms.

"No, Caulifla. I can't betray 21's trust." I said. She got angry and threw ki blasts at me.

"WHY DO YOU REJECT MY AFFECTIONS LIKE THIS!?" she screamed. I have never seen her this mad. Time to unveil my ultimate power. When she stopped blasting me, she froze. Everyone looked up at me.

"What's with his hair? I knew Super Saiyans could change their hair color, but.... I never knew about Super Saiyan White." Ice said. I chuckled.

"Actually Ice, this isn't a new form of Super Saiyan. This is what Mastery of self movement looks like, or Mastered Ultra Instinct." I said. When I first attained Ultra Instinct, I couldn't properly control its power. Over the years of knowing the power of this form, I trained with Whis to master it. Last week, I finally mastered the form eighteen years after I first attained it. Since then, I've been waiting for the chance to test it's power. As I mastered the form, I acted like myself again, not completely silent like before. Caulifla rushed at me with Kale in tow. Like before, I dodged all of their attacks and knocked them down to the ground.

"Alright, alright! I give!" Caulifla yelled. I smiled, descending to the ground. I then caught Ice's punch from behind me.

"You really think I didn't see you coming?" I asked, spinning around and kicking him in the stomach. He spit up on my leg.

"Learn your lesson now?" I asked. Ice nodded. I powered down to base form as I walked to the cube. Amber and Ice followed me before Caulifla stopped me.

"Maybe we could come back with you to Universe 7?" She asked. I crossed my arms again.

"Sure. As long as you don't hit on me around 21." I said. She nodded.

"Deal!" She said as the three Saiyans walked onto the cube. We blasted off towards Universe 7 as I sat back and watched the stars fly by. Before we entered Universe 7, I saw Ice and Kale sitting together holding hands. Ice was talking to her as Kale blushed and smiled. I looked to see Caulifla sitting next to me. I held out my hand.

"Pay up. Come on. We both saw this coming." I said as Caulifla handed me a piece of meat. We made a bet that Ice and Kale would get together. Once we arrived in Universe 7, I flew to Capsule Corp and got a Capsule house from Bulma, setting it up beside our regular house where Caulifla, Kale and Cabba could sleep.
