With the Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff common room complete, the marauders and Madison had to sneak into the Slytherin common room to stick all of the furniture to the ceiling.

Madison spoke the password she had heard from Avery and they let in Peter, who had transformed into his rat form to scope out the place to make sure nobody was awake. He squealed four times which meant it was clear and the other four joined him.

"Let's get going, shall we?" Grinned James drawing his wand. The five of them (once Peter had changed back) all drew their wands and pointed them at the furniture.

All muttering the same short incantation, it was no time before everything was stuck. But also no time until someone started coming down the stairs. "Run!" Cried Remus, pushing Peter towards the door.

Sirius grabbed hold of Madison and tugged her out of the dungeons. The group didn't stop running until they were safely back in their own common room. They all collapsed onto sofa and armchairs, sighing in relief as they were not caught.

It was Madison who started laughing first, closely followed by James and Sirius, then Remus and finally Peter. Soon they were a fit of laughter.

"You guys did it, didn't you?" Lily asked as she entered the common room in the morning, finding the group now in their uniform.

Sirius was fastening Madison's tie because she still couldn't understand it all, the loops and the pulling through, it all baffled her to the point she gave up. It was also a bonus having Sirius do it for her as she could sneak a kiss from him and distract him.

James nodded, "proud, Evans?"

"I should really deduct points, but I think the whole school needs a little bit of fun. It's all dreary now." She sighed and turned to Remus, "is this what it's like? Being a horrible prefect?"

Remus nodded, "Yup. It only gets worse after the first time." He told her.

Lily sighed and adjusted her skirt, "You're lucky I love you like a sister, Madison Parker, otherwise I'd have dubbed you all in."

Madison laughed, blowing the girl a kiss before pulling a face at Sirius who raised his brows at her. She kissed his cheek as finished her tie. Sirius shook his head at her, "You missed."

Pulling him closer by his robes she kissed his lips shortly and patted his cheek. "There you go."

Throughout the day the group witnessed many students rubbing their backsides and groaning. "Merlin, I thought people were thick! I didn't think they're this thick though!" Exclaimed James, a sense of achievement written all over his face.

Sirius high-fived him, and gave Madison a hug. "Good idea, love." He smiled. Maddie returned his smile with a wink before trotting off to her next lesson, leaving the boys to themselves.

Valentines Day was upon them and Sirius had all sorts of ideas for what he wanted to do with Madison that day. The students were allowed to go to Hogsmeade as it was a Sunday, and as their first Valentines together and not to mention first date, he had many plans.

After leaving the school grounds, he wished his friends goodbye and stole Madison from the girls, linking their hands and sitting in a carriage with some third years who they didn't pay much attention too.

Once in Hogsmeade, Sirius took Madison to the Hogshead where it wouldn't be packed and despite her protests he bought her a butter beer and they sat in a booth together.
