Chapter 28: Tsubasa, a Vessel of Hopes and Dreams

"Master Arthur!"

Arthur was sleeping soundly but started to stir up as he heard weird voices. He opened his eyelids and stared around his room lazily. Seeing no one around, he returned back to sleeping.

"Hey! Wake up. Can't you see me?", said a girl's voice.

Arthur moaned and got up of bed, "Ahhh... Where are you? Who the demon is talking to me invisibly?"

"How rude!", then a black haired girl with kitty headband, brown eyes, pale skin, and dark clothing with blue lightings appeared out of nowhere.

"AHHH!", Arthur yelled as he freaked out from surprise. "Wh-what are you? A hologram!?"

"That's right!", the girl posed like a cat and winked cutely. "My name is Tsubasa, an AI program designed by Lord David to assist the Dark Nightingales. I am the sole avatar of this assault plane!"

Tsubasa spread her arms and multiple digital platforms appeared around her.

"Woooooow!", Arthur stared at her in awe as he is a complete techno fan.

Tsubasa giggled and swayed her right arm. The digital platforms minimized then disappeared, "Heehee. Well, you can thank the Dark Realm as our kingdom specializes on mechanical technology. King David and Queen Cheska are the ultimate tandems not only on battles, but for creating complex inventions as well. Anyway, you should go and wake your team, Master. We should depart soon. My kitty sensors are sensing great distortions from certain parts of the world. The homunculi are now making their first move towards utter destruction and worldwide annihilation!"

"What!? Oh man.", Arthur gasped in panic and rummaged in a wardrobe for new clothes. "Hmmmm... Ah! This set will do! Amazing!"

He pulled out a dark leather uniform with the Dark Nightingale insignia on the chest part.

"Heehee. I have successfully uploaded the DNTG official leather suit while you are sleeping. It was your Dad who suggested the design!", smiled Tsubasa while floating in midair with trailing blue lights around her.

"Imma change for a moment.", Arthur happily replied. "Could you...umm.."

"Well, of course! Hahaha. Why would I watch you get dressed? Oh. I could do that anyway even if you can't see me as I oversee every nook and cranny in this plane!"

"Tsubasa.", Arthur pleaded.

"Yeah yeah. Just teasing you. Heheh.", Tsubasa soon popped out and disappeared with trailing sparks.

Arthur hurriedly put his suit on and went out of his room to see his companions already on their own DNTG suits and waiting for him to come out.

"What the?"

"Hehehe. Surprised?", Tsubasa soon appeared and giggled. She showed up by replicating herself.

"Tsubasa came to introduce herself to all of us simultaneously.", laughed Allen. "You have such great grandparents, Arthur and Artesia!"

Arthur's grin were out of the world as he proudly stare at his team, wearing the official dark suit of the DNTG as well as Tsubasa floating around.

"Hehehe. Im so happy to have you, guys."

"No need for pleasantries.", interrupted Artesia moodily. "The world needs our help. Let's go."

She started walking out of the hotel area of the plane with an automatic sliding door.

"What the hell is wrong with her? She's sour so early in the morning.", wondered Arthur.

"Well.", Minerva giggled. "She couldn't sleep at all. She just stared at her diary all night, while muttering something about her pen."
