Liam left. He went home without saying anything to anyone. He had to process all of it. He didn't show up on the pack meeting and he ignored the calls. The next day he went to school early. I knocked on his door. His mother opened.
"Oh hello dear." "Hello, Miss Dunbar, I'm looking for Liam." "He already left saying it had something to do with a school project, that's all I know." "Thank you Miss Dunbar." I smiled and left.
I jumped got on my bike and sprinted my way to school. Not many people were there yet so I ran through the halls seeing him on the bottom of the stairs. I stood behind him.
"Hey stranger." I smiled.
He turned to me. I felt that something was off.
"We've been looking for you." I said. "Oh." He said. "Liam what's wrong? No one saw you since your make out session with Hayden yesterday." "I had some things to sort out. I was home." Liam lied. "Liar. Scott checked. I was worried sick Liam." I said. "Then why don't you tell me the truth." Liam shouted. "Me? I'm not the one who lied." I defended. "No but I heard you yesterday talking to Stiles." Liam said. "I didn't tell you because I didn't want to lose you as a friend. You're with Hayden, I have to accept that. Does it kill me inside? Yes. Was I planning on breaking up the two of you? No, because I am not that kind of person." "Why do you like me? I'm not good enough for you." "Why do you say that?" I asked. "I'm a monster! Just look at me!" Liam's eyes turned golden. "I am looking at you but I don't see a monster." I hushed and cupped his face. "If anything happened to you I would lose my mind." Liam sighed carefully pushing my hands away. "What about Hayden?" I asked looking down. "What about her?" Liam asked. "Do you love her like that." "I thought I did but I'm not sure anymore." Liam sighed. "So what happens now?" I asked. "Nothing, I have to figure out some stuff." Liam sighed.
Liam left and I sighed trying not to cry again. I gave Liam space but after two weeks of barely talking I needed an answer. It was also yearbook day so finding Liam was harder than it looked. Every hallway was crowded.
"Stiles!" I smiled and hugged him. "Hey sis what's up?" "Have you seen Liam I need to talk to him for an answer." I said. "Haven't seen him." Stiles said. "You're so useless from time to time." "Yeah well." Stiles sighed. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean it like that." I sighed. "I know you have a lot on your mind bla bla now go find lover boy." "Hey Y/N. Congrats on winning cutest couple with Dunbar." Someone smile.
