10th Day of Creepmas

Christmas Black-Out

I fixed the presents under the tree and admired my work. This is perfect! Right after I plugged in the candles, my husband came in with my four kids by the door. Soon, everyone's family will arrive! I'm so relieved that I was able to save enough money to have the best holiday.

When we're about to have our grand feast, all the lights suddenly turned out. I daydreamed how this day will become, and now the lights are acting funky? It gave us quite a shock, but the candles at least were fine.

I groaned to realized the electricity burned down on Christmas - on Christmas! While I was eating, I saw a dark horned creature near the tree. However, I thought it was a shadow. My family shrugged off the problem and laughed till 9.

I kissed my parents goodbye, and hugged my children. Despite the electricity burn, I was with my family the entire time.
