A/n: I fell in love with Marshmello a while ago during the summer, but W O L V E S. Oh my skyrim wolves is one of my favorite Marshmello songs, other than Summer. Also a + reader means they buds. They friends my dude. Also your name in this is Damian. Ian for short. and okay its a guy name because girls with guy names are the BEST. Sometimes I wish my name was Chris soley cause that's a name that I love for a girl. Anyways, here's the fic.
It was a cold, starry night in Mexico. Except i'm not here to experience the scenery. I'm here for Sombra. Olivia Colomar aka my best friend.
Olivia left Dorado when we were 13. We'd finally found a family. All it'd taken was a little pulling of heartstrings and feels-bad-man, and I convinced my adoptive family that she was my sister. And she was the closest thing to a sister that's I'd ever had. I had 2 sisters(Sombra and whatever name I choose) and 3 brothers, but they always alienated me because I was adopted. But Olivia was always there. She kept me sane throughout some difficult times.
In your eyes, there's a heavy blue
One to love and one to loseSweet divide, a heavy truthWater or wine, don't make me choose
But as I took a risky look at the stars, I felt a salty tear roll down my face. I clearly remember the day she left. The day my happiness died.
It was a cloudy day in July and we had just come home from the market. We always scoured the market for weird trinkets and we'd buy them. That day, Olivia had bought an ancient laptop and claimed she could fix it. And that night we snuck to the top of our house and she showed it to me; to my amazement, it was fixed and she'd cleaned it.
We googled pictures and trolled people on instachat. That was such a night. And we stared at the stars, pointing out orion and his belt. Libra and the big dipper. I leaned on her shoulder and we enjoyed our little get together.
Until a message popped up.
Anonymous: i know about you Olivia. I know all you've done. Leave. Or i'll target Damian, Crystal, Felipe, Alex and Edward. DO NOT TEST MY ABILITIES.
Olivia slammed the laptop lid shut, and threw the it off the roof.
"Olivia! What are you doing! We spent-"
"Shut up Damian! I have to leave. Stat." She whisper yelled as she opened the window and leaped inside. Outside the clear sky turned to clouds. And then to rain.
Liv opened her dresser, threw clothes inside a small backpack. She opened her stash of money and shoved it in there. As she opened the window, I grabbed her arm. Her head whipped around as she struggled to get out of my iron grip.
"Get off!"
"NO!" I pulled her and slung her into the back wall.
"You'll wake them up!"
"They don't even care about us! They wouldn't barge in here anyways. They'd just assume we had a cat fight."
"We're going to have one if you don't let me leave."
"Why. You've been in my life for 4 years. We're practically like sisters. Now because of some random threat you're leaving?! What happened to the "daring duo"? The sisters that never split?" I said as tears waterfalled down my face.
"Look" Liv began slowly.
"I've done somethings. Things that only a long prison sentence can reconcile. I know it seems far fetched, but you know I'm a magnet for trouble." She said as she picked up a doll.
