The Unit is an idol rebooting program set to air on KBS starting from 28th of October. The program is aiming to give already debuted idols a fair chance to demonstrate their talents that they may not have been able to showcase before. The show will create male and female unit groups, with 10 members each (cr. Soompi). The show will have a total of 14 episodes.

⁕ 200+ reported idols and entertainers who have either released an album or have broadcast experience take the stage again in hopes of a second chance at success.
⁕ Only 63 males and 63 females will make it past the open auditions being held on September 29 - October 1 (now completed).
⁕ During the live auditions, audience members are given a pass/fail remote. Idols can pass one of two ways; either have at lease one mentor to pass them or have 90% of the audience pass them.
⁕ If an idol does not pass the audition stage, they are eliminated from the show.
⁕ 7 teams of 9 will then be made for each gender and they will participate in missions together.
⁕ 9 males and 9 females will survive until the end.
⁕ Each gender's winners will promote as a group for 7 months.
⁕ First episode airs on October 28.

I'm back at posting profiles again for SK survival shows! XD
Just a quick note, if ever this book will reach 200 parts (Wattpad's limit for story parts) with just the profiles, I might create a separate book for the episode recaps, other updates, etc.
Nevertheless, this book (again) will contain the contestants' profiles, recaps per episode, other updates and whatnot, although in the mean time, I might just put up the profiles since for the next 5 weeks I will be busy with exams and other school stuff (btw I'm finally graduating in 5 weeks time!) and the profiles are the only ones I can manage to do for now, but rest assured that after that I will be full on about updating this book.
Regards the profiles, KBS only started releasing video teasers of the contestants yesterday but not their actual profiles unlike Mnet does with Produce 101, BOYS24 and Idol School (the only thing I like about Mnet tbh), so I did the researching of their profiles myself XD If there's ever missing/wrong information about their profiles I would gladly appreciate if you could comment them below that specific profile, thank you! x
(edit 25.12.17): All profiles have now been updated according to what KBS has released for them, with their official The Uni+ photos included underneath each profile. These info have all been initially written in Korean, and thus the credit for all the translations goes to Melt_it_hing on twitter.
