Jax's POV
I was sweating bullets in the GA wanting know if Kaci was okay, I have almost lost her about 3 times when is it gonna stop when I finally tell her I love her? What if she doesn't say it back. I mean she said a few minutes ago but she almost died, Josh is gonna have my head not that I care cause we can fight if he wants to fight. Great now I'm pacing around
"Jax I swear I cant trust you to do anything." Josh said shoving me
"I'm really not in the mood." I said
"Boys get out of my office if your gonna fight." the old cat lady said pushing up her glasses "And anyways your patient is ready."
We walked into her room and she was hooked up to a bunch of wires
"She looks like shes on all types of drugs." Josh laughed really close to her face and she opened her eyes and he jumped back
"Hi." she said in a low hoarse voice
"uh hey.." Me and Josh said in unison I glared at him
She laughed a little "You guys arguing is funny."
"I think shes high." I whispered to Josh he nodded
"I am not!" She cursed as the nurse walked in
She looked really jealous and mad her face was getting red
"Is someone jealous?" I asked as the nurse walked out
"Shut up." she said
"Can we stop talking about this bullshit who took you?" Josh asked
"Here's the quick version my mother is not my mother its Dayton, Flores's wife and Flores is my dad." She said quickly like she was avoiding something
"Watch this." Josh said slightly hitting my arm
"Anything else." he said flashing his green eyes at her his eyes are usually grey
"Josh don't do that." she said
I flashed her my grey eyes instead of green with a smirk
"I got mmhfhm." she muttered something
"What the fuck...."
"I got rhjkaped.' she muttered
"Did you just say what I think you said?!" I flipped out
"Who did it???" Josh asked
She started crying out of nowhere so me and Josh walked out
"Did you hear that?!" he questioned me
"Can I murder every guy I see for no reason whatsoever?" I asked walking back in
"Kaci are you okay?" Josh asked
"No my mafia gun got smashed both of them." she said sobbing
"Oh my." Josh said his voice getting higher
"You do know how much Mafia guns cost?" I asked
To have one single mafia gun its costs how much I make half a year I make 2.3 billion dollars a year, you do the math plus those diamonds theres your homework
"I'm sorry." she kept crying
"Kaci please stop crying." Josh begged rubbing his face pacing around the room
"Dude thats 2/3 of how much I make a year?!" He whisper yelled to me
"Are you guys mad at me?" she asked flashing her blue eyes
"Not when you do that." Josh laughed
"Dude It's not funny." I said
"Have a seat." she said patting the hospital bed and we both sat on her opposite sides
"But for real are you okay?" Josh asked
"Yeah."She said resting her head on Josh's shoulder
His phone beeped and so did mine
"Mafia ball?" He asked
I nodded
"No please don't leave me." She begged as we almost got up
She flashed her Grey eyes and I sighed
"I'll go, watch her." Josh sighed
he kissed her cheek and she got red and he left
"You playing the blushing game with somebody else." I asked raising an eyebrow
"Now whose jealous." she teased kissing me on the lips softly
"You need to go to sleep." I said almost moving but she touched my arm
"Please don't leave." she begged
"Fine." I sighed laying back down and she rested her head on my chest
She fell asleep breathing slowly and my heart beat quickened she looked up at me and smiled cause she knew what she was doing, She traced the lines of my abs and almost slipped her hand up my shirt but I held her hand she laughed
2 hours later
I saw a nurse prepare a needle full of something
"Whats this?" I asked trying not move she was still sleeping it was midnight
"Don't worry about it." She almost poked Kaci but she woke up and screamed
