Chapter 16: Room For One More

Briana-

"He's so fast when he is the gold ranger. I'm surprised that he isn't here yet." Emily said.

I sat down next to Jayden.

"Just because Antonio showed off by deafening that nighlok doesn't mean that he is fast at everything." Kevin said sitting down.

Jayden-

"That's true." Mia said. "We really don't know much about him."

"But at least Jayden can vouch for him." Mack said.

I looked at her and smiled. "Yeah. We were friends from the moment we met." I said remembering the first time I met him.

"His father owned a local fish market." I explained to them. "The times we played together were the only times I felt like a normal kid."

"Now we've saved the world again!" Young Antonio smiled at a young me.

"Yeah!" Young me said. "ALrigt!"

"Jayden! Are you practicing or playing?" Ji caled at young me.

"But it did drive mentor crazy because it distracted me from trading." I chuckled.

i sighed and looked at the others. "That was before Antonio had to move away." I said sadly.

"Wait, if he moved away, then how did he become the gold ranger?" Mia asked me.

"Wait, he's definitely got some skills, but he's not a true samurai." Kevin said.

"It doesn't run in his family, and he doesn't have the specific kind of training." Mack said and stood up." We have no idea what this guy is up too.

Antonio-

I was looking at my reflection in my mirror and smiled fixing my hair. My zord popped out of my cooler. I smiled and looked at it. "Hey Buffy how do I look?" I asked him. I closed my cooler. "It's time. For me to go to the Shiba house and join the samurai rangers!" I said while putting my jacket on and headed towards the Shiba House.

Mike-

"Antonio is late." Ji grumbled. "Why am I not surprised." He came to me. "Did he say he was bringing the octozord with him."

I looked at him from my video game and shrugged. "I don't know." I said and looked back at my game. "Why?"

"Well, when Jayden was a boy, he gave it to Antonio." Ji said. "While I was looking."

"What?! You gave him a zord?!" Emily asked shocked.

"Look, I was a little kid I didn't know better." Jayden said.

"By the time I found out, Antonio had moved away." Ji said.

Briana-

"By the time I found out, Antonio had moved away." Ji said as mike and Emily stood up. "And I didn't know how he had found a way to activate it. Jayden threatened to quit being a samurai ranger if I tried getting it back."

"Like I said I was a little kid." Jayden said.

Mike chuckled. "Wow. Such a rebel." He said.

"Sounds like you guys were really close friends." Mack smiled at him.

"I bet you missed him when he moved away." Mia said.

"Yeah." Jayden said.

Just then, Antonio slide into the room carrying his fishing pole. He showed off and I chuckled abit. I whispered something to Jayden and got up going outside.
