At the living room, Cranky Doodle Donkey and Dr. Whooves prepared to leave as Cranky Doodle Donkey said "You are the only mares in the household I hope...I mean, I persume." "There's no pony else, your grace." Adagio Dazzle said. "Quite so." Cranky Doodle said. "Good day. Good day." Suddenly, Fluttershy appeared above them, and said "Your grace! Your grace, please, wait!" Adagio Dazzle and her daughters stared at Fluttershy in shock as the pegasus maid said "May I try it on?" As she walked down the stairs, Cranky Doodle Donkey and Dr. Whooves stared in awe, and Adagio Dazzle said "Pay no attention." "It's Fluttershy." Aria Blaze said. "From the kitchen!" "Ridiculous." Sonata Dusk said. "She's out of her mind!" "Yes. Just an imaginative filly." Adagio Dazzle said. Cranky Doodle Donkey glared at her as he said "Madam, my orders were every mare in Equestria." He went up to Fluttershy, and led her to a chair as he said "Come, my dear mare." As Fluttershy sat down on the chair, Cranky Doodle Donkey looked at Dr. Whooves, and nodded. Dr. Whoove began to run up to Cranky Doodle Donkey and Fluttershy, but Adagio Dazzle smirked, and tripped him, making him drop the glass slipper, and it broke into a lot of pieces when it hit the floor.

Cranky Doodle Donkey gasped in shock and horror as he gathered the pieces of the glass slipper, and said "Oh, no. No, no, no! Oh, no! Oh, this is terrible! The prince! What will he say?! What will he do?!" "Perhaps, if it would help-." Fluttershy tried to say, but Cranky Doodle Donkey interrupted her as he said "No, no. Nothing can help now. Nothing." Fluttershy took out the other glass slipper from her apron pocket as she said "But, you see, I have the other slipper." Adagio Dazzle and her daughters gasped in shock as Cranky Doodle Donkey took the glass slipper, and kissed it couple of times while the birds and breezies cheered. Cranky Doodle Donkey then gently placed the glass slipper on Fluttershy's hoof, and much to his delight, it fit her like a glove.

-Meanwhile at the castle in Canterlot-

In the throne room, Butterscotch was pacing back and forth in a nervous pace. Just when he was beginning to think that he may never see the mare he danced with ever again, the door swung open, and Cranky Doodle Donkey stepped forward as he said "We have found the mare you danced with." "Well, send her in, please." Butterscotch said. Cranky Doodle Donkey nodded, and sent Fluttershy into the throne room. Butterscotch gasped as he stared at Fluttershy while the throne room door closed. "I knew you were the one when you stepped into the throne room." Butterscotch said. "But, who are you?" Fluttershy took a deep breath to calm her nerves, and said "I am Fluttershy." "Hello, Fluttershy." Butterscotch said. "I'm Butterscotch." Fluttershy walked over to Butterscotch as she said "Your majesty, I'm no princess. I have no carriage. No parents. No dowry. But, will you take me as I am? An honest country mare who loves you?" Butterscotch flashed a sympathetic smile, and said "Of course I will. But only if you will take me as I am. A prince still learning his trade." Fluttershy smiled, and said "Yes, of course I will." They then shared a happy hug together.

-A month later-

The clocktower bells had rung as Butterscotch and Fluttershy sealed their love and vows with a kiss. As for Adagio Dazzle and her daughters, the reason why they didn't show up at the wedding is because as punishment for their cruelty, they were banished from Equestria, never to return. As the pegasai couple ran down the stairs of the castle, one of Fluttershy's slippers fell off. Prince Solaris picked it up, and placed it oh her hoof. She then joined Butterscotch, and they got into the carriage. As the carriage began to pull away, the ponies, the breezies, Winona, and Angel tossed rice in the air. Butterscotch and Fluttershy shared a true love's kiss, and they all lived happily ever after.
