Charlotte pov
The next couple of days went fine but I was going to tell Daniel about the vampire king. He deserved to know. I knocked on his office door, a couple of times before he answered. I walked in and shut it.
"Charlotte"he started. "I know I wasn't there. I know I wanted a abortion but I am really, really sorry and I am proud for the young woman you are today. I don't derseve your forgiveness. I don't deserve anything. I understand if you don't forgive me"
"Look. I never had a father. Mother never remarried but I want to know you so hi. I am Charlotte"I said holding out my hand.
"I am Daniel. Nice to meet you"he said shaking my hand.
"And one more thing. The vampire king is your and Nathaniel's father"I said.
"I know. Before you came, I was on the phone to him. I want to meet this Tyler and rip his head off"he growled.
"One day"I said.
From that moment on, daniel became my father. It wasn't the best father and daughter relationship that you could see. We argued a lot about my welfare so did he and my mother. As for Jace, we loved each other. Tyler and Jake hasn't shown their faces and knowing that they are still out there, I would, always, be looking over my shoulder. As for the performance, they weren't happy about me missing it.
And today, is my birthday. I hope everything goes well.
"You look beautiful"said my dad.
"Thanks dad"I said.
"This is the sta-"
Boom.
"DAD"I SCREAMED.
My dad went crashing to the floor then i went to the floor. I noticed My dad is still alive.
"I lov-"
That's when I took my last breath.
