Charlotte pov

I slowly saviour the taste of the food that Jake was feeding me. I knew it would be while since i would be fed again.

"Why did you save me from that guy?"i asked Jake.

"Because Tyler would have my head"he said scooping another bite of chicken and holding to my mouth. I ate it.

"Whats your relation to Tyler?"i asked.

"He's my brother"sighed Jake.

"Why don't you let me go?"i asked.

"Tyler wants you. He wants to marry you. Right now he is asking for your grandfathers permission"said jake.

"Shouldn't he asked my father or mother?"i asked with a hint of confusion in my eyes.

Jake chuckled, revealing dimples.

"Your parents would killed him"said Jake.

Jake looked into my eyes. We stared at each other. My mind wondered to my family. To Jace. Maybe he would be better of without me. Maybe.

The door flung open

At the door stood a furious Tyler. His eyes burning with rage and he walks towards us.

He raised a finger at Jake.

"Step away from her"he said.

"Tyler. Im sorry"said Jake. "She's my mate"

What?? Tyler and Jake walked out. Probably to talk. Mated to a vampire. What about Jace?

Jace pov

"Baby"said cindy as i sat on the edge of the bed worrying about my mate. I couldn't marry Cindy but I didn't want to break her. "Go"

"What?"I asked turning around and facing her.

"Go. Find your mate"she said.

"Wait? You know?"I asked shocked.

"Obviously. I'm your girlfriend. Charlotte is your mate and she needs you at the moment"said Cindy. "Go. I will be fine"

"Thank you"I whispered as I got up. I smiled at Cindy for a moment then racing out of my room and downstairs. When I got down, my mom, dad and..........uncle Nathaniel. My dad had tears running down his face while my mom looked pained.

"I came for my mate"said uncle Nathaniel looking at mom.
