Chapter 25 Team Skull's behind this!?

A\N Next chapter is gonna be so good >< with the battle with Lusamine and all that juicy story in the cutscene. I'm so pumped with Focus Energy, you guys OMG! But this chapter, I enjoyed writing the lead up to saving Lillie and such. And can some one comment " 2nd Longest Chapter", cuz this with around 2400 words. The longest chapter was the Having Fun at Hano Beach with 3000+ words and that was chapter 11 >< man this story has come such a long ass way.

The elevator went back up to the entrance, "Looks like we'll have to beat anyone who stands in our way from now on" Gladion said. Sad to say, it was the only way you guys were going to get through and save Lillie and Cosmog. Before you could step off the elevator, three Aether members surrounded you, "Chief Faba gave us orders to take care of you. We can't have you brats running around know that you know the secrets of this foundation" one of them said. You looked at Hau and Gladion. Looks like you all had a battle on your hands.

After successfully winning the battles, the three members fled. Well after Gladion told them to get outta of the way. You all turned towards each other, "It's a good thing we have each other" Hau said. You nodded. "It looks like you two were right about having others.... I mean friends around. Alot more can be achieved", Gladion said. Hau smiled, "Aw does that mean were friends Gladion?" he asked with a huge cheeky grin on his face. "Don't push it", Gladion answered. Hau jumped for joy, "That means yes! Come here you" Hau said as he gave Gladion a bear hug. You laughed, even though Gladion won't admit it but I think he likes having Hau around. He's always so full of joy. How could you not cheer up around him? Though you weren't sure yourself if you and Gladion were exactly friends. Well you hoped it would someday end up being more than that. But all good relationships start in friendships. For now, you were ok with just being friends. As longs as Gladion decided to stick around. When you all settled down, another person came up. It was Ms Wicke. "Young Master, so nice to see you again", she said. Who was she talking to? Wait.Wait.Wait. Gladion knows so much about this place and he's Lillie's brother. Putting the puzzle pieces together in your head, you came to a conclusion that Gladion and Lillie could've possibly have lived here. It made the most sense. Ms. Wicke was probably like a nanny to them. Maybe just maybe, the president was their mother. She had the same features. You'd be an Oranguru's uncle if they weren't all related. Hau, poor thing, was a bit confused. I'm sure he'll catch up soon enough. Gladion turned to face her, "Do you have any idea where Lillie is? I, I mean, we have to go rescue her and Cosmog" he asked. Ms. Wicke put on a frown, "I'm afraid that she is with the president as we speak" she told him. Yikes. "Then I suppose that is where we'll go" Gladion said. "Isn't the president Mrs. Lusamine? She's really nice. I'm sure she'll understand", Hau said. Gladion shook his head, "She's only nice if you don't mean anything to her. But enough talking, let's go" he said wanting nothing more than to get off the subject. "I'm afraid the doors have been locked. The only person who has the keys is Mr. Faba" Ms. Wicke told us. Hau sighed a little annoyed," Not again. Well do you know where he is Ms.Wicke?" Hau asked. She nodded, "He should be around here somewhere. But that's all I know" she said. Well we better get to looking for him. "Key or no key, that won't stop me", Gladion said before he took off running down the hall. We'll you give him an A for determination. You ran off after him. "Thanks Ms.Wicke", Hau said and then turned around to catch up to us "Hey you guys wait for me!" he shouted as he trailed behind you two.

Arriving at a huge door that Gladion lead you guys to, you were once again stopped by Faba. "Why don't you naughty children just leave this place alone? You've already done enough harm poking your nose around. Good thing I was able to gather more of the staff within the time you were exploring the labs." Faba said. Well seeing as you three made it this far that seemed like a dumb move on Faba's part. "So Mr.Faba to you have the keys to the president's rooms?" Hau asked. Atleast Hau was getting straight to the point. Faba nodded, "Indeed I do, but there's no way I'm giving them over freely" he said. Looks like we have some more butts to kick in a battle. Hau smiled wide, "If you were to stay hidden, then we would've been stuck, right?" Hau claimed. Faba's face looked surprised. Somehow we managed to outsmart him, by him making the wrong move. You weren't complaining. Things were at stake. "Enough! I won't hear another word. Time to beat you brats" Faba said and the battles began. Just like before and even with help, Faba stood no chance against the three of us. He finally gave up trying to stall us and handed us the keys. Gladion went ahead and unlocked the door, revealing an outside area. Faba shook his head disappointed, "This is why I can't bring myself to like children" he said before walking off.
