SHANA MANGATAL
I curled my hair on purpose every time.
After leaving his manager for the evening, I met up with Michael privately at a gorgeous hotel. Dim lighting guided my way overhead as I inched closer and closer to his suite. Very few people lined this hallway other than the expected bodyguards who always patrolled. I completely understood. But for the most part, I cleared through without hitches.
Once locating that familiar room, I knocked gingerly and waited with baited breath for him to answer the door. There was only silence as time dragged on and I couldn't stand to avoid seeing his lustful face. Those deep brown eyes. That occasional smile in between our kisses.
Within seconds, my ears alerted when unlocking began. A shy grin crept onto my face at the sight of him. I bit down on my bottom lip, slowly snaking my way toward him. Despite my tomboy appearance at times, he always found a reason to gravitate toward me. One of his naughty fingers motioned for my steps to move even closer and we soon touched nose to nose, barely missing lip to lip.
His clothed back pushed the doorway open, permitting hallway light to spill its way into this room of darkness. I soon wrapped my arms around him, locking our lips without a second thoughts. His previously clouded eyes shut immediately once I traveled my lips to his neck. We struggled to make our way into this living space without losing contact. But he pulled away from our kiss just to slam the door and laughed weakly for a moment.
Before I could even blink, he practically ripped the leather jacket away from my shoulders. Given our lust, I didn't even care. That same piece of clothing now rested on the floor between our steps. His large nearly selfishly raked through the curls I'd worked so hard on this morning.
Michael pulled away our ecstasy just to tremble against my lips. Darkness engulfed the two of us as he pulled me close. His fingers wouldn't escape the curls yet. I licked my lips to entice him as wait for this man to say something. Anything. Instead, I held him even tighter, never wanting to leave as he kissed my neck. His mouth open against my skin just to voice desperately.
"Sean..." he trembled. In the beginning, I always chuckled when he'd use a male nickname for me. But now, this meant a segue to his desire and sometimes a cute plea for my attention. I hugged him right back, tossing my hair to give him move access to my skin.
My legs weakly wrapped around him as I felt my back thud right onto the wall. Neither of us chuckled in this moment. I held his face with both hands, taking charge as I deepened anymore kisses between us. I couldn't even think straight when I found myself planting back onto my feet. Without hesitation, he took my hand and led me to the bedroom, never even looking back to smile in my direction. Good, since I throbbed below at miles per hour, it seemed.
I only remember "Daddy" locking us in that room.

"I don't wanna leave." I finally checked out of the hotel that night before and surprised B. She'd asked me to come over since the pool party, but I'd already scheduled time there for this weekend.
Leaving early had been a last-minute choice. During coffee at the kitchen table, I immediately noticed when the charm bracelet I'd bought chimed on B's wrist. She looked up at me with the most adorable smile just before picking up her mug. Bare nails drummed against the ceramic.
She'd gaped over one silver Eiffel Tower charm at the very middle. My hand reached over to softly play with the trinket itself. Our coffee seemed ignored for now as we smiled for each other across this wooden table. That legendary mane of short curls dropped around her face and a shadow I'd learned to love only brightened when an ivory smile crept.
Brenda glanced down at our interlocked hands. "Let me finish the coffee and we need to get ready. You're leaving this afternoon, babe."
"No." I pouted, kissing her. As we circled back to drink coffee again, the phone rang. B rolled her eyes within seconds and walked around to table to kiss my cheek.
I'd picked up my own coffee and followed her to the living room. A smiled reached my face when she looked back to greet me through silence. We both sat down and I offered to turn on the stereo and drown out the upcoming awkwardness. Seconds later, I looked back once more to see Brenda scrunching up her pretty face while on the phone. Her mug rested on the glass table I'd always notice.
I turned up the stereo dial gently and a pulsing beat echoed. It didn't take long for me to cross my arms and stand right next to the stereo. If only a velvet rope separated the elevator. But out of nosiness, I walked over and turned down the music as Brenda just paced back and forth with the phone in her hand. Antenna up and ready.
"What's wrong with you?" she clenched her teeth. I only heard mumbled static, but my mind immediately fixed on person. In that moment, I tensed up.
Michael as usual.
It took everything in me not to snatch away the phone and give this coward a piece of my mind. He'd given up on a queen. Sorry or not. I looked down at my watch and almost panicked. The plane would leave in almost three hours, but traffic and airport hoopla usually took up time.

BRENDAI looked over to the clock and almost lost my nerve. Dom had slammed the bedroom door behind and I quickly remembered his takeoff hour. Driving to the airport always turned out to be a boogie to say the least. Michael had continued yelling in my ear about Dominic, but I completely ignored him and slammed down the phone. Anger brewed from within.
At the airport, Dom wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me in for a deep kiss. His luggage knowingly piled in the closed trunk among the crowd and noise. Horns blared for me to move the convertible, but I would only concentrate on this moment.
A man loved and honestly tried to be with me.
No one else.
