"What colors do you think we should use to decorate the tree?" I asked Justin.
Christmas is in a couple of days and we still haven't decorated our tree. "We should use purple and gold." He went down the islewith the cart."Idon't know, I thought about red and gold?" He groaned.
"What do you think we should use this year?" He asked Drew and Laila, they were always excited for Christmas every year.
"Purple!" They both shouted making me and Justin laughed. "See I told you we should use purple." He crossed his arms.
"Purple! Purple! Purple!" The kids chanted. "OK ok fine we will use purple." I giggled.
"Yayyyy!" They screamed.
We were now at home putting up the tree, Drew and Laila were helping Justin wrap the garnet around the tree.
"Mommy look what I did!" Lailasquealed cheesing really hard. "I see it baby, you guys did beautiful." Seeing my kids happy, birings happiness in my life.
After the decorations were done, it was time to put the star on top. "How about both of you can put the star on?" Both of them were jumping with excitement.
Justin put Laila on his shoulders while I had Drew on mines. They both put the star on top, making the whole tree light up the room.

"The tree look so pretty!" We put both of them down.
"Who wants to go and make a gingerbread house!?" Justin asked running into the kitchen having the kids run after him.
He got the ingredients out, even though he don't even know how to make a gingerbread house.
After making the gingerbread, I look over and see the kids were eating the icing and the candy that was supposed to go on the house.
"Guys, don't eat too much or there won't be none for the house." They nodded their heads with their mouth full.
I felt something smooth on my cheek, wiping it off to see icing on my hand. "Really Justin?" I giggled.
He wiped some on my lip. "Babe you got something on your lip." He turned my face and kissed me passionately.
"Ewwwwww Mommy and Daddy are kissing!" They yelled.
We pulled away giggling. "Mommy can't kiss Daddy?" Justin raised his eyebrow playfully.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! That's yucky!" They laughed.
"I love you."I whispered pecking his lips. "I love you too baby." He kissed back.
We finally finished the house and it looked so delicious but nice.
