Today was Y/N birthday and I'm planning a big birthday surprise party. She will be so shocked to see what I did for her.

The party is held at her favorite club and I was making sure everything was in order for the party before she gets here. I was in Europe touring for my Purpose tour but I decided that before the shows I was going to come and visit my babygirl.

As I was getting ready for the party but then I got a text from Justin.

J: there's a note I left you under your pillow😊

I picked up the note from my pillow and read:

A limo will be waiting for you outside at 8:30

I looked at the clock on my nightstand and it read 8:30. I went downstairs outside to see the limo and the chauffeur with an envelope.

"Ms. Y/L/N" He bowed handing me the letter. I got in, the chauffer closed the door. I opened the letter and it said:

Matthew will bring you to your destination. I hope you enjoy your birthday sorry I can't make it. I love you😙 happy birthday babe.

Justin wasn't able to come and spend time with me on my birthday because he was touring across the country in Europe. I know his fans love him and I support that, I just really miss him.

We came to a stop in front of the club. But it seemed very empty and that made me nervous. Matthew opened the door, I thanked him and I got out walking to the door.

I opened it and walked through a hall which was very dark. Then all of sudden the lights flicked on and everyone yelled "SURPRISE!!"

I jumped and held my chest. I look around and all my friends and other people were here. I smiled walking over to my friends, hugging them and getting birthday wishes.

"It's time to sing happy birthday to the birthday girl!" My best friend, Y/BFF/N said bring me to the center of the room. They dimmed the lights starting to sing.

As they were singing a big cake was brought out with my name on it. I was starting to tear up because I was happy and was sad that justin wasn't here.

I felt arms go around my waist when the cake was sat in front of me. I turned around and see Justin with a smile on his face. I smiled and kissed his lips strongly. We pulled away, people cheering and clapping. "Happy birthday baby, make a wish." He said.

I closed my eyes then blowing out the candles. Justin came in the center by me with a mic in his hand.

"I want to thank you all for coming out to Y/N's party I really appreciate it. Y/ N I love you soo much that I can't even express it. You always take the time out of your day to put a smile on my face. You make me the happiest man on earth and I'm proud to call you my girlfriend of 3 years."

All of the things he said really touched my heart that I was full on letting tears fall from my eyes. He had got down on one knee reaching into his pocket, pulling out a small velvet box.

"Y/N I'm also proud to call you my future wife and mother of my children. Will you Y/N Y/M/N Y/L/N marry me?" Everyone was full on chanting "Say Yes!"

I nodded my head, him slipping the diamond ring on my finger standing up and kissing me with passion.

"I love you sooo much baby." I said mid-kissing."I love you too."
