Poppy's POV
I cheerfully walked up to the ice-cream parlor and looked and the different delicious flavors they sold. 'Strawberry, Chocolate, Vanilla, Blueberry... ' I mumbled, reading through the flavors. Suddenly, I heard a very familiar voice call my name. 'Poppy what are you doing?' Branch asked. I ignored him and continued to read to the bottom of the list. 'Ooo! Branch! It says here you can mix any two flavors you like!' I exclaimed all of a sudden. Branch just rolled his eyes and walked up to the troll behind the parlor. 'One chocolate ice cream and, Poppy what do you want?' He asked. 'And one chocolate and vanilla mix please.' I finished. 'Coming right up!' The troll happily exclaimed. Branch had his ice-cream first but mine took a bit longer because it was a mixed flavored ice-cream. When the troll was done making the ice-creams, he handed us both a napkin and said, 'That would be two dollars please.' I searched my hair for two dollars but Branch had already paid the troll. I suddenly felt a one dollar bill/coin. I took out that one dollar bill/coin and handed it to Branch. 'Here Branch, this is for my ice-cream.' I said. Branch took the bill/coin but put it back in my hair soon afterwards. 'No need to pay me Poppy, my treat.' He said, giving me a sweet smile. I smiled back. I spotted a bench and went to sit on it. I skipped my way to the bench and instantly regretted it. I tripped once again but this time since Branch was quite far away from me, I fell on the ground and dropped my ice-cream. I would've immediately got back up and assured Branch that I was fine so he wouldn't make a big fuss out of it but I can't get up. Because I sprained my ankle. I groaned in pain as I realised I have a few cuts on my hands as well. I could see Branch running towards me with a horrified face and braced myself for all the questions he'll ask.
Oh no! Poor Poppy. There is a slight reference from the segment "troll 2 troll", on the dream works channel for the ice-cream prefrence of Poppy and Branch. I'm going on a writing spree today so I'll be writing tons of tons of chapters so make sure to stay tuned!
