I've noticed that there are some blue letters in the codes written by Bill, so I checked it out. This is what came out.
"CURSE THE AXOLOTL! EVERY CONSPIRACY IS TRUE!" Not extremely significant, but this does show that Bill doesn't like the AXOLOTL, and that it is probably some sort of interdimensional god. At least, that's what I think. I do hope Alex gives us some more information about this in the future...
So, this is the end. That's as far as I can decode the Journal. I know there are a few others that are probably hidden, but that's as many as I can find. I went back to try to do the binary stuff again, but I couldn't make sense of it. I could only find two letters, J and C. There will be no more chapters, this book has been completed.
