This is the last time I'll be decoding something in this book that is encoded in either the A1Z26, Caesar, Atbash, or Vigenere Ciphers. This means that from now on, chapters won't be nearly as frequent, as I'm gonna have to figure out each symbol in the Journal's meaning. But for now, here is the last Caesar of the book.

The code is at the top of the page on the left. It says "Perhaps the ship was on a mission to catalog strange biological specimens. Could the high volume of weirdness have drawn the ship to GF?"
No, Ford. Cataloging strange biological specimens was YOUR mission. YOU were drawn to Gravity Falls for its weirdness, not the alien ship. It still was a pretty cool reveal, though.
This was the very last code chronologically in Journal 3.
