DathiDeNogla x Reader

*Dathi's POV*

I play prop hunt with some of my friends as we chat on Skype. After I get exploded with a nuke, I hear another call ring. "Just a second. I'm getting another call." I say, my voice cracking in the midst of saying that. 

I listen as they all burst with laughter, making me smile and shake my head. I look to see who's calling me, noticing that it's my friend CORRUPTED. Her and I go back a little bit. She was playing COD, and I happened to enter her server on accident.

After that, we talked and became friends. That's the honest truth too. We're only friends, and we like it like that. After all that, we swapped numbers and Skype users. So sometimes, we just game. 

I answer, and hear her yelling at someone. I laugh as I hear laughter in the background. "Oh, hey Dathi!" she says. "Ey Corrupted. Who's that?" I ask, pointing towards the other girl in the background.

We always have face cam on. I watch the girl shy out of view, but Akako pulls her back into the frame. I see the blush rise to her face, so I wave and smile. She waves back, but turns away. 

"SAY HI TO DATHI!" Corrupted yells at her. I hear her laugh, making me smile. Her laugh is kinda cute. She steps out of the frame, then yells "HIIIIIIIIIIIIII DATHIIIIIIIIIIIII!", making me jump and throw my earphones off.

I see Akako and her friend laugh, so I sit back down and place my head phones back on. "One OOOOW! And two, hi..er.." I say, waiting for her to say her name. "(Y/N)" she says, so I echo it back "(Y/N), I'm David or Daithi." I introduce. 

*(Y/N) POV*

I smile into the facecam, seeing him smile back at me. I sit on the floor, hoping him nor Akako notice the blush on my face. 

I listen to them conversate, talking about anything that comes to mind. I, as always, wonder off into deep thought.

If I could possibly get Akako to meet David IRL, I'm sure she'd love me till the end of the world. I'm interrupted as I feel a thump on my head. "OW! BITCH!" I yell, making her and Dathi laugh.

I laugh along with them, wondering what was even so funny about that. I shrug the thought away and just go with the flow of things.

"Hey, I'm gonna go make us a pizza. You stay and keep Dathi company." Corrupted orders. I nod and sit in her chair as she stands. 

As soon as she leaves the room, Dathi begins talking. "I really like your eyes, (Y/N). They light up when you smile." I smile and turn the chair around to cover the blush yet again.

"Are you blushing?" I he sarcastically asks, already knowing the answer. "Oh, I dunno. Are you flirting?" I ask, just as sarcastically. I hear him laugh, so I turn and see a tomato. 

I tuck a piece of hair behind my ear to keep it out of my face, then say "I think you should meet Akako. She'd love me for setting a meet up for you two." I tell him. 

"Well, would you be there?" he mumbles. I smile and nod, so he smiles back. "When do you want me there?" Dathi asks. "Sometime in the next two weeks. My birthday is soon, and it'd be nice for you both to meet there." I tell him.

I left out the fact that I would love for him to come meet me specifically on my birthday. He nods, then looks at his phone. I'm assuming he's seeing if he's available. 

*Time skip by a little*

David and I have been talking for about 15 minutes before Akako joined us again. But with pizza. (If you don't like pepperoni, then just replace the word with a topping you like ;D) 

I grab a slice of pepperoni pizza, and begin stuffing my face. "Hot hot hot hot hot!" I yell. Akako just laughs at me, along with Dathi.

I really like his laugh, and his voice. I like the strange accents that you don't typically hear everyday. It just sounds cool. I dunno, I'm just weird. (I apparently wanted to add 'XD' right there cause I typed it, glad I caught it though :P)

*A week and a half time skip XD* (There's the good place for the 'XD' LOL)

"Just a bit further, (Y/N)." Corrupted says, pulling me blindfolded to God knows where. I hear a lot of whispers, making me a bit uncomfortable. 

"Alrighty." she says, removing my blindfold. I smile at the sight of my mom, dad, sister, cousins, and many other friends. They all smile back, but move to the side. 

"Happy birthday too you.~" they begin singing. I see a giant cake being carried to where I'm at. (You can suggest your age in here. Dathi will just follow in. Whatever age you pick, he's 2 years older.)

Once they finish the song, I blow out the candles with a smile. When I lift my head back up, they all cheer for me. "Let's get the presents done with, then the real party can begin!" Akako yells, making me laugh.

I open up the first gift handed to me, which is from my mom, dad, and sister, and I see it's a charm bracelet. It has (Letter of first name) charm on it, and a game controller. 

I look up at them and say "Thank you!", which in the response, my dad says "You're welcome. Happy birthday kitten." 

Once I open up the last present, I notice Corrupted got me nothing. I fake pout at her, which she shrugs about. "I'm here, that's gift enough." which makes me laugh.

I stand and hug her. "Yes it is." She hugs me back. When I release her, I back away, but into a figure. When the hands go around my waist, a whisper says "Happy birthday."

I gasp and turn around, seeing David. I turn back towards Corrupted, and see her smiling at me. "You said he couldn't make it due to flight delays!" I yell at her.

She shrugs again, but keeps smiling. I smile back, but turn around once more. "You're a lot taller in person." I say, making him chuckle. 

"Wish I could say the same for you." he replies, making me mad. "Really?! I know I'm sho-" I begin, but get interrupted with a kiss.

When he pulls away, he smiles and says "Sorry, couldn't hear you.", making me laugh as well.
