I woke up with the constant ringing of my phone. I freed myself from Kabir's grip grabbing my phone I moved out of the bed so not to disturb him. I walked towards the window receiving my brother's call.
"Where are you?" He asked.
" A place called home." I answered.
"Can you come home?" He asked.
"Sure but why?" I asked.
"I need help to select the cards!"
"Aren't you suppose to ask Tara for help?" I pointed out.
"Just come will you?" He asked.
"Okay be there in 20." I said before hanging up. I turned to look at my asleep husband cuddling with the pillow. I went towards the washroom, I sighed in annoyance once I realised my periodical cycle decided to show up, after freshening up I got ready in a floral saree. I walked out to find him still sleeping, I applied vermillion on my hairline and lined my eyes with kohl. I walked up to him, caressing his forehead, I kissed his cheek and placed a glass of water with asprin on the side table with a note informing him about my whereabouts after which I walked out of the room. I wasn't tensed about the confessions since strangely enough everyone in our family was a light drinker so none of them would remember anything. Not that I would hide it from Kabir but will just make sure to inform him at the right time.

I descended downstairs where Meera maa was kind off force feeding Kavya some Kind of Laddoo. I laughed on finding her making faces, hearing my laugh they turned towards me. "Where are you going?" Both asked simultaneously. "Uhmm, Aryan needed some help, so saxena house!" I answered. "Yeah, the functions start next month right?" Maa asked and I nodded. Later I asked the driver to drop me at Saxena house. On entering the mansion I dashed into someone I really wasn't in a mood to. Dodging him I moved to the side to avoid him when he held the corner of my saree.
"What the hell Tarun!" I screamed, scared he left it and said. "I just wanted to apologise for morning." He said.
"Whatever." I replied walking past him to the living area where my brother was sitting with Mom and Anushree with a dozen of cards spread on the coffee table. I laughed and took a seat next to him. After scruntinizing the cards I finally settled with with the best that matched the married theme which was decided to be royal. You can trust my parents to take it to that height. All the invitation were in form of scrolls. A different scroll for each function.
