Class was currently in session, and Marinette had a magazine in her hands, her eyes glued to it. Why you ask? Well, let's just say that a certain blond was in it. Marinette was lost in thought.

"Hey, earth to Mari, earth to Mari!" Alya waved her hand in Marinette's face, hoping she'd look over. Marinette slowly looked over.

"W-what?" She asked. Alya pointed up toward the teacher and Marinette looked up. The teacher was looking at Marinette, with a frown on her face.

"Marinette, if I see that magazine out again during class, your going to the principals office. Understood?" The teacher spoke. Marinette slowly nodded and paid attention to the teacher.

[After class]

"Alya, I think I should get over Adrien," Marinette told her best friend. Alya gasped and looked very confused.

"What?! But why?!" Alya quietly yelled.

"My head is always in the clouds, always thinking about Adrien. He's got Chloé so he'd probably be better off with her anyway," Marinette spoke. Alya sighed and placed a hand on her best friends shoulder.

"If you say so," Alya spoke. "But, how are you going to get over him?" Alya asked. Marinette thought for a moment before noticing Nathanaël sitting alone on the steps. (It's about lunchtime)

"I'll be right back," Marinette smiled and headed over to the red-headed boy. She sat down next to Nathanaël, which startled him.

"Hey Nathanaël," Marinette warmly smiled at Nathanaël, who was suprised that Marinette sat down next to him.

"M-Mar-Marinette? U-Uhm," Nathanaël tried to comprehend what was going on, and his face grew a light shade of red.

"I saw you sitting alone, so I thought that I should sit with you," Marinette smiled once more at the boy, and his face grew even more red, like the color of his hair. Marinette's eyes wandered to his sketch pad sitting on his lap.

"Whatcha doing?" She asked. Nathanaël showed her his sketch pad. Marinette opened it up to reveal drawings done by him.

"Wow Nathanaël! You're a really talented artist! Probably even better than me," Marinette complimented his artwork and the boy blushed yet again.

"T-thanks. But you're art is amazing too," Nathanaël replied. Marinette giggled and chatted with him till it was time for class again.

[In the classroom]

Before the bell rang, Marinette hung with Nathanaël for a little. The bell rang which signaled for class to start. Marinette ran to her seat in time.

"Girl, your hanging with Nath? I'm not saying that as a bad thing I mean, you sure it's gonna work?" Alya was referring to Mari getting over Adrien. Marinette smiled.

"I'm positive!" She quietly cheered.

[2 weeks later]

Marinette had been getting closer with Nathanaël and no, they weren't dating. Yet. They both walk into class chatting. People didn't mind that they were almost like a thing, but a certain blond hated it.

"Dude, what's up? You've been acting a little weird ever since Marinette and Nathanaël started go hang out with each other," Nino spoke, his best friend infuriated at the thought of Marinette and Nathanaël dating. Adrien didn't answer. Too distracted.
