DEJA P.O.V.

"Monae just bring her to my house. I want her but I'm not picking her up from your house. I can't see Kevin face. He really ruined my relationship. Jason been gone for two whole weeks no talking or nothing." I said feeling sad again. "I know but we watching Kevin's cousins." She said. "It don't need to be the both of you. What's wrong with him?" I asked annoyed. "But it's both of us." She said. "I guess I won't be getting Lonnie." I shrugged. "Don't do that to her. She wants to go." Monae said. "So at least you bring her the hell outside. I will call you. If I see Kevin ima drive off. I'll be there at 7." I said really mad knowing the odds and the evens of seeing Kevin. "Love you." She said. "I hate you." I said and we start laughing. We hung up and I start getting ready. I just got out the shower. I put lotion on my body and got ready in a regular Nike sweat suit. I was just going to pick up my girls. Take them to a diner to eat and maybe catch a movie. I miss them and I haven't seen them in a while. After spraying on perfume I got in the car and drove to Lizzy and Rondo house. I was hoping for a empty house but of course not. Trap houses are us. I knocked on the door and Rex answered. "Wussup Deja?" He said letting me in. "Hello everyone." I greeted them in one. "God mommy!" Cali ran up to me. "Hi stinkyyy." I picked her heavy ass up. "I missed you so much. Can I go to your house?" She asked. "I came to get you." I smiled. "Yesssss!" She cheered. "You so pretty." I put her down. "You got her stuff ready?" I asked Lizzy. "Rondo you packed tour child bag?" Lizzy asked. "Oh shit. I forgot." He said. "Daddy go do it." Cali whined. "What?" He asked. "Daddy pleaseee?" She said. And he nodded his head and went to pack her stuff. And here come Durk and Dthang in the door. "Wussup Deja." Durk said and we hugged. "Hi sistaaaaaaa." Dthang said and I start laughing. "Hi Dontay." I smiled. "I forgot you was coming to get my God daughter." Durk said. "Oh shut up." I said. "Who ya God father?" Durk picked Cali up. "You." She hugged him. "Who's your God mother?" I asked. "Youuuu." She pointed to me. "That's my baby." I took her from Durk. "You going to her house?" Durk asked and she nodded. "This my God mommy. And my God mommy boyfriend cooks food real good." She said hugging my waist. She probably really gonna be real disappointed. I felt a little bad. "Ima beat--" I cut him off. "Shut upppppp." I said. And here come Rondo with the bag. "Layer mommy later daddy." Cali said ready to leave. "Love you baby. Behave yourself." Lizzy said. "Okay." I said. "Behave yourself." Rondo said. And we left. I strapped her in and then went to Monae house. I called her. "Yeah Kevin getting her ready right now." Monae said. "Please don't say his name. You don't know how much his name blows mine and I hate him Monae. For real. Like and it's not a faze. I really don't care about him." I rolled my eyes disgusted. "Alright calm down." She said. "How long you gonna take because I can take Cali to the store if anything." I said. "We coming out now." She said. "Okay." And I hung up. We waited for about five minutes and here come Monae and Lonnie but Kevin held the door open. I paid him no attention. I was gonna get out the car but I didn't because he was there. Monae put her in the car seat. "Hi Deja." Monae said leaning in the car. "Wussup?" I asked. "Nothing. How's everything?" She asked. "The same. He never answered one of my calls. I called from somebody else phone he answer and hear my voice and hang up. I think its time for me to just move on." I pout. "Me and him really had a full argument I was going crazy on him like your loyalty lies with Deja no matter how you felt." She said. "Like I thought he would." I said. "He gonna say I was drunk and too mad because I don't want her to go back to Durk. So I start cursing him put again like nigga are you crazy that's her first everything. Of course she always gonna have a little love for him no matter what and you answered the situation wrong being "her brother" or whatever." She rolled her eyes. "I just feel as he don't care about no one feelings but himself. Like what am I suppose to do? I really love Jason and he won't even talk to me. He probably telling everybody I'm a cheater or whatever and that's not even the case." I said wiping my now falling tears. "Just go to where ever he's at." She said. "I don't want to get played and embarrassed in front of everyone Mo. He knew how much I loved Durk. So when Kevin said it I know it drove him crazy. Them me coming in with a attitude didn't make it no better. Like why would he really write and tell him whatever he did?" I asked wiping more tears. "Because he's an asshole. He used to always say me, you and Lonnie are his favorite three people in the world. I don't know what happened to that." She shook her head. "I would understand if you don't want me with Durk because that's one thing but it's another when you tell my boyfriend a lie." I said wiping more tears. "I know Deja and that's why I was gonna kick him out. Seriously. I should have him all sad and shit kicked out. See if he like it." She rolled her eyes at the door. "No because I don't even care. Ima take the kids out to eat and what saddens me the most is he left his key in my house which means he really not coming back." I chewed on the inside of my lip. I didn't let no tears escape. "Don't think negative, think positive." She rubbed my back. "I am. And let me get going with these kids. I don't wanna be out here late." I said. "Okay love y'all." She said and got out the car. I drove to Apple bees. Might is well. Its the closest thing to the house. We all got out and went in the restaurant. It was a little to no people there. Zion was and he gave me a funny look for a real long and then came over to me. I was kind of scared. I didn't want him to act stupid in front of the girls. "Wussup Deja." He said. "You just now recognizing who I am or something?" I asked. "Who kids?" He asked. "My little cousin and my God daughter. You met them already." I said a little annoyed. "Yeah you right but why Jason at his mother house? You put him out?" He asked. "No. I do t feel like talking about it." I said. "Oh okay. I was with him today and all he could talk about was you. I was asking him like why don't you go home? He was like that's not home no more, he don't think y'all can do it no more, you broke his heart, shit would be way different and he don't wanna go through the problems no more." Zion said. That crushed me. I felt like running to my room and just staying in there crying. "Tell Jason answer my call so I can talk to him. It wasn't the truth. I wouldn't do anything to jeopardize us. And that I really love him and can he please come back home." I said wiping a tear that accidentally escaped. "I got you." He said. And then he walked away and we start talking about our order.

DURK P.O.V.

"Damn, I wanted to see Deja when she dropped lil mamas off." I said rolling up the weed. "Why?" Rex asked. "Just to see her. I like fucking with her." I said. "Oh she still mean as hell." Jason said. "Uncle Jason why you made my God mommy cry? You need to get out my house and go home." Cali said. We all looked at her like what? "I don't live with your God mommy." Jason points at himself. "Yes you do. And she crying. So bye get out my house." She rolled her eyes and Rondo popped her thigh a couple of times. She starts crying. "Now go sit the fuck down and stop being grown! And every time I catch you being grown ima whoop yo ass!" He yelled at her. She ran to Lizzy screaming. "Don't pop her like that bro." Rex said. "Nah I don't like that grown shit. I had to listen to what she was saying." He shook his head making the lean. "You crazy?! Or did you bump your head or something?! Nigga don't fucking hit my child!" Lizzy came yelling. "Nigga she being grown. And Cali go lay yo ass down!" He yelled and she started to walk away but Lizzy held her. "This yo house baby. He can leave." She said. "I said go lay down." Rondo said. She ran to the back crying. "Get out my house with all that lean and weed shit." Lizzy said. "She out here being grown and you're mad I popped her? She all in Jason face telling him to go back to Deja house he got her crying." Rondo said. "All she heard was a couple of familiar names and she matched the faces and tried to help Deja that's all." Lizzy said. "With her hands on her hip all in his face? Not my daughter. Ima keep whooping her ass she be grown." He sat down and continued to make the lean. "And what you need to do is tell your friend don't be discussing that shit around my kid!" He yelled towards Lizzy. "Ahhhhh Deja walks in here like she better than everybody and still going through problems." Rex laughed. "That's crazy and I knew something was up that day she got them." I said. "Aww you about to run and ask her what's the matter?" iinky asked. "Nah she would've let me know if she wanted me to know. Trust me." I said. "Good for her. She walks with her nose pointed in the air like she better than everybody but going through childish shit." Lil Varney said. I would hate if I'm the reason. Alyssa calls me. "Yes my love?" I answered. "Where you at?" She asked. "I stopped at Rondo house after work. Why wussup? You got something planned?" I asked. "Yeah I want to take you out to eat while I got this money. But since you with your friends we can go another time." She said kind of with an attitude. "I would come to meet you." I said. "Are you dress? Because its gonna be a couple of us." She said. "I can go home and get dressed. That's never been a problem for me." I said. "Okay and can you please be at my house at 10 o'clock babe? I don't want to miss the reservations." She said. "I'll be there 9:30." I said. "Thank you." And we hung up. "I gotta date. Ima holla at ya niggas." I pieced all of them and then got in the car home. I took a twenty minute shower and then got dressed. I left my du rag on so it can do something while I'm on my way to her house.

Getting out the car its her and her friends in front of the building arguing with some little kids. I thought her friends were mature. "Yo what are you doing?" I asked. "Playing with the neighbors baby. You look good but take the du rag off." She said before kissing me. She got some cute friends. She introduced everyone. Then all ten of us went on our way.
