'Guys!' I snapped as I tried to break the tension between them but they never listened and continued glaring at each other. 'She likes the food!' Connor shouted. 'But didn't you listen to her?!' Jacob shouted back, 'She's full now! Why don't you just accept it, Connor! Your cooking sucks!' 'WHY YOU LITTLE...' Connor stomped towards Jacob, grabbing him from his shirt and pushed him towards the wall. 'Guys stop!' I shouted with fear. Looking at it, it seemed pretty stupid how they're arguing about cooking and all that but I knew deep down that it wasn't about that. I don't know what it is but I knew that maybe their relationship wasn't perfect after all and I fear that they are hiding something. 'Don't make me mad, Jake. You know what I can do.' He punched him across the face and Jacob tried to kick him but he just missed. 'I'm not afraid of you. Give me all you have!' Jacob spat on Connors face before he got thrown on the cupboard which made the plates fall onto the ground. 'That's enough!' I shouted pushing Connor out of the way. I got down on my knees and frowned at Jacob's eyes closing. He had cuts on his face with blood that dripped down onto his white shirt, and bruises that quickly turned purple. 'Clean this mess, asshole!' Connor smirked as he walked out of the room. 'We have to get you to the hospital!' I cried. I was about to get up but he stopped me and just smiled. He slowly stroked my cheeks before muttering, 'Thanks for saving me, Supergirl.'
