Your POV
I was at the park just laying on the grass since it was windy and so relaxing and i just came back from jogging so i was a bit tired, so here i am on the grass. I sigh and saw couples having picnics and playing frisbee, i wish i had someone but i guess no one really likes me. I have friends sure, but i never once had a relationship with anyone, all of my crushes had boyfriends and shit and i'm left alone. But it's alright, i enjoy being single sometimes but i always wonder how it feels having someone like having someone to cuddle with at night. How it's like to feel someone's love, maybe someday Y/N...someday not today but someday. I closed my eyes feeling the cool breeze hit my face i sighed deeply and smiled i really want to sleep her but that'll look ridiculous. Suddenly i felt a weight on my chest then something started to lick my face i groaned and then opened my eyes seeing a cute doggy licking my face.
I giggle and pet him as he licks my face "hey there boy" i cooed he barked and jumped up and down "you're so cute" i said smiling at the dog. "Oh shit i'm so sorry, did he lick your face?" i look up and saw a beautiful brunette girl with beautiful eyes i blinked "Oh um... yeah he did but it's alright i love dogs" i said chuckling she smiled and pet her dog. "I'm sorry if you have dog saliva on your face now" she said nervously i laughed "all good!" i got my water bottle and pour some water to my face then wiped my face with my towel. I look at the girl and she was staring at me i smile at her causing her to blink and smile back shyly "I'm Lauren by the way" i smile "I'm Y/N, and i really love your dog. He's such a cutie" i said petting his head making him bark and laid his head on my leg. "Thanks, you love dogs too?" i nodded "Of course, i mean why not?" she shrug "My family doesn't really dogs, i had to give him to my friend because he's not allowed in the house" she said frowning.
"That's sad, i mean come on he's a cutie" she nodded "I know, but my family don't really understand" i smile at her and pat her back "it's okay, at least you get to spend time with him" she nodded and sighed. "Well we should better go since we might be disturbing you" she standing up "Come on boy" she said but the doggy just stayed on my lap i smiled and pet his head, "ugh come on Max" i smile "aw i think Max still wants to sleep" i said she sighed "i don't mind if you stay though" i said smiling at her. "Are you sure?" i nodded "I'm done with my work out anyway" she nodded and sat next to me, "So Lauren how old are you?" i ask "I'm 19 you?" i smile "19, favorite color?" i ask she smiled "Blue or Black" i chuckle "Black huh..." she smiled "why? what's wrong with black?" she asked i shrug "i don't know you just look like a girl that loves white and pink so much" she scrunched her face cutely and giggle. "I'm a black and blue person how about you?" she asked i bit my lip and shrug "what?" she rolled her eyes playfully "What's your favorite color?" she asked i grin and look at her eyes "The color of your eyes" she blushed and bow her head.
"Green?" i smile "Yup" she looked at me then glared playfully "We just met and you're tryna hit on me now?" my eyes widen and then blushed "Oh i did-" "No it's okay i was joking" she said giggling i smile at her giggle. "You're so nice Lauren, you're boyfriend must be really lucky" i said she looked at me confused "But i don't have a boyfriend, i'm actually in to girls more" she said i look at her "Really?" she smile and nodded "Yeah i just prefer girls than boys" i nodded "me too, i like girls more than boys well i'm bisexual so" she nodded. "Um...where do you live?" she ask "Why so you can kidnap me?" i joked she laughed "No, maybe i can come by sometime and hang?" i smile and nodded "Definitely, it's just actually the house right there" i said pointing at the house. "Oh, mine is right there" she said pointing to the other way "Oh cool! i never noticed you before which is weird" i said she sighs "I don't really go out, i just go out when i need groceries" i nodded "well i only go out to jog, groceries and sometimes eat outside" she nodded and smiled at me.
"You know you're the first stranger i've had a long conversation with" she said i laughed "me too... aren't you scared" i joked she rolled her eyes "Not really, you're kinda nice" i laughed again "Kinda? well i'm not nice, i kidnap cute dogs" i said wiggling my eyebrows she gasps and glare at me cutely. "I was kidding! Of course not, i just love petting them" i said petting Max's head. "But yeah i would love to get to know you more Lauren" i said she sighed "Yeah me too, wait are you single?" i raised an eyebrow. "Why?" i ask she shrug "i dunno i just wanna ask" i giggle "Guess" i said "You're not?" i shake my head "You're single then?" i nodded "Bingo!" she chuckled and nodded. Hours later we saw it was turning night time and we both know we had to go now. "Well looks like i have to go now, it's really nice meeting you Y/n. You're so nice and i'm so happy i have found a friend here" i smile and gave her an unexpected hug but pulled back quickly "Sorry i stink" i said chuckling she rolled her eyes "I don't really care, well you don't really stink" she said shrugging i smile and gave her a hug then we pulled away.
"See you around Lauren" i said smiling at her "Bye Y/N, i'll come by tomorrow if you don't mind?" i smile "You're always welcome to my home" she smiled "You too, come by if you want okay?" i nodded "See yah!" i smile and waved. She then jog back to her house i smile and then walk to mine, i sigh and closed the door. She's so nice i think i have a little crush on her too. I only thought it was only someone's dog but it turns out it was Lauren's dog.
