While at work, i was composing a reply email... i was actually feeling sleepy while composing the email but then i just continue writing it down and send it right away without re-reading it again, i guess? i don't know what happen. and then, i checked my sent items only to find out what did i reply to that email and i was shocked that i really did use a misspelled words or another words actually. so I made another email saying that my bad and correct my mistakes to that email.

The recipient replied to me saying..."It's okay...not a big deal, Typoglycemia made it correct."

And I was like? "What the f8ck is Typoglycemia?"...

Curiosity kicks in...so... I did a little research about it... it was really interesting to know that this word do exist... and the result of my research is this:

Typoglycemia is an ability to understand the meaning of the words in the sentence as long as the exterior letters of each word are correct and all the letters of the word are present. (source: http://blog.dictionary.com/typoglycemia/)

If you don't understand...here's the sample...

"Aoccdrnig to a rseearch taem at Cmabrigde Uinervtisy, it deosn't mttaer in waht oredr the ltteers in a wrod are, the olny iprmoatnt tihng is taht the frist and lsat ltteer be in the rghit pclae. The rset can be a taotl mses and you can sitll raed it wouthit a porbelm. Tihs is bcuseae the huamn mnid deos not raed ervey lteter by istlef, but the wrod as a wlohe."

Did you understand what it says? If yes, you do have the typoglycemia... that's a good thing too because you are able to read it even it is not properly written.

To translate the words above that you haven't understand, it says...

"According to a research team at Cambridge University, it doesn't matter in what order the letters in a word are, the only important thing is that the first and last letter be in the right place. The rest can be a total mess and you can still read it without a problem. This is because the human mind does not read every letter by itself, but the word as a whole."
