It All Started Like This... (Eren X Mikasa)

Chapter 19: Plans

Eren's POV:

After we finished the ice cream, we walked out and went to the park nearby. We walked along the trail through a forest in the park just talking endlessly about our favorite topics.

We managed to find a place isolated from the rest of the park, a clearing in the wide forest. It was the best spot. There was a bench in front of us that sat on a overlook where you could see the entire city and even the ocean behind it. We both sat down and marveled at the sight before us. Orange, red, and yellow of every shade streaked across the sky as the bright shining sun started to fade below the horizon.

"Ahhh. So nice," I remarked with relief. Mikasa just nodded and smiled. She leaned on me and rested her head on my shoulders and relaxed.

"You know..... I had a fun time today Eren. It was a really great date....." Mikasa blushed. It started to look cute to me when her face turned red.

Eventually, she calmed down and smiled at me. It struck my heart to see that beautiful, most awesome sight. The sight of Mikasa smiling at me. It just made me love her more and more. I just wanted together with her forever, no matter what happens.....

"Mikasa.... Can I stay by your side if I take care of Jean and Levi?" I asked her solemnly. She just smiled and turning her head down, starting to tear up, she said, "Yes." She probably doesn't think that the problem with Jean and Levi will go away, and so to comfort her, I pulled her in closer to me and embraced her.

She tilted her head, closed her eyes, and gently pressed her smooth, red velvet lips against mine. It was moist but sweet and once again sent a tingling impression throughout me. I moved my hands through her flowing hair and held her head. Mikasa started to moan a little, but I didn't mind. She just deepened the kiss, arousing me even more. My heart kept beating faster and faster not wanting this feeling to go away for even a second....

We pulled away after a long session of kissing, feelings I would never forget each time. The awesome feelings I get...

I sighed and Mikasa rested her head on my shoulders. We both enjoyed the sunset as it faded below the horizon slowly and delicately.

"Well, I had a great time Mikasa but now it's time to go-" I started to say before realizing that Mikasa fell asleep. I just chuckled and lifted her up into a piggy-back ride. I carried her all the way back to her house where I saw the lights were on. I knocked on the door and Mikasa's mom answered it.

"Oh! I was wondering where you guys were. You can head upstairs to Mikasa's room to put her on the bed. It's just down the hall-"

"I know," I said interrupting Mikasa's mom.

"Well, I don't know how you would know but okay then...." She replied heading back to the kitchen. I laughed and brought Mikasa up the stairway where I remembered she fell. I carried her down the familiar hallway and entered her bedroom. I gently placed her down on the bed and tucked her in.

I looked towards the window and looked down seeing the pile of dirty clothes which reminded me of another embarrassing memory. I wonder if Mikasa ever knew.....

I carefully closed the door behind me and made my way downstairs and went out the front door. The sky had already grew dark with a couple of glittering stars and the bright moon shining down on me as I walked along the sidewalk.

I started to think about how to get rid of Jean and Levi. Levi actually helping me is sort of an advantage even though I don't trust him. I could feed him false information and see if Jean believed it but I really don't have the time. I decided to give Armin a call.

"Hey Armin!"

"Hi Eren!"

"So I need some help and advice from you again-"

"Is it about Jean and Levi?" Armin replied cutting me off.

"Wow. Every time! You have great physic powers," I remarked.

"No, it wasn't this time. I just received an email from Levi saying he wants to help us out. Frankly, I don't trust him. And also you have to remember Eren, I've been your friend for years. I can pretty much predict what you want to talk about."

"You can't always predict what I want to talk about," I started. "There are time that maybe I want to talk to you about-"

"Anime. Or more specifically the second season of Attack on Giant coming in a few weeks," he said cutting me off again. I can just see him smiling behind the phone.

"Oh come on!" I exclaimed. Armin just laughed.

"But back to the topic, I need your help. I'm trying to come up of a plan to get rid of Jean and Levi to lift all the bad stuff from Mikasa's shoulders," I stated.

"Alright. I'll try my best to help you out but first you need to take care of the process."

"But isn't that why we're planning?"

"This is different. If you want to get rid of the Trouble Duo, you gotta put them in jail. You have to find evidence of all the terrible things they did."

"But the police couldn't find it themselves."

"Then you should trick Levi then. He'll most likely know where the evidence is."

"Right. I'll see to that. Thanks for the help Armin! By the way I'll need you later."

"Okay then. Bye Eren!" said Armin as he hanged up.

Evidence huh?
