My head pounds as I sit up in the all too familiar black room.  I don't really know how I manage to sit up when there doesn't even seem to be a floor but I do.  I look down at my hands.

-no scratches...-

I look over the rest of my body.  Nothing. 
No cuts, no bruises, it's like I was before the battle.

"I heard you the first time, what do you mean the battle has ended? I never defeated the Draco!"

It's robotic voice resonates through the room as it speaks.

A small blue screen appears in front of me showing all of my skills.

The blue screen flashes and all of the words and stats change.

In this world, you are able to measure level using a special crystal.  Because of this level has become a type of ranking.  0-9 would be considered as a level where regular people are ranked or small children training to be warriors.  10-19 are weak warriors level.  20-29 are soldiers and warrior's levels and only reached with lots of training.  Above that is when people are considered generals of armies and warriors  with high amounts of power, but there aren't usually ranges for that.  Breaking past the level threshold can only be done once you defeat a monster with a higher level than yourself.  Level thresholds are every 10 levels.

-not only have I gained incredible power, but I broke through 3 level thresholds with only one monster! What level was that Draco...-
