the badlands series

okay, so as some of you know badlands dropped today and after listening to the songs i came up with some story ideas. halsey in the media because she's the reason for this whole thing.

here's how this is gonna work, every idea is on it's own. Castle is taken but the rest are still up so if you want a certain idea ask :D

control - clifford [available]

who is in control?

i honestly was thinking of something around the lines of michael being abuse and he's like "you should be scared of me, who is in control?" ya feel? but if you have a different idea go for it.

drive - hood [available]

all we do is drive, all we do is think about the feelings that we hide.

they're both runaways who have millions of secrets but keep them from each other in order to run away from their past.

castle - hemmings [taken]

sick of all these people talking, sick of all this noise. tired of all these cameras flashing, sick of being poised. now my neck is wide, begging for a fist around it. already choking on my pride, so there's no use crying about it.

OKAY I LOVE THIS ONE A LOT. the fame ends up getting to luke's head and he tries everything he can to stay the center of peoples attention. his goal is to be the most popular member of the band and causes all the drama he can so media focuses on him. but the thing is that this all came from rumors, "sick of all these people talking, sick of all this noise" so he decided to be who everyone say him as. someone write this i'm begging you. if no one does i will i promise you that.

you're ripped at every edge but you're a masterpiece.

ashton is a complete mess. smoking, drinking, clubbing, etc. he has every problem in the world but someone manages to keep the girl attracted to him. something about him makes her think he's perfect, even with all of his problems.

these are possibly my favorite ideas in the book. comment if you'd like them!
