Disclaimer: This joke is not entirely mine, I basically kinda put two jokes together into one.
A guy asked out a girl on a date. She agrees to out with him. On the date, he brings with him 12 roses, 11 real and 1 fake.
At the end of the date, the guy drives the girl back to her house. He walks with her to the door. He then hands her the roses and says, "I'll stop loving you when the last rose dies."
The woman was able to tell the one of the roses was fake and understands what he means. She looks at him and says, "That's sweet, but if you truly love me, you would give me tulips."
