Destination II: Detroit Comic Con

Emma and Killian had met in Granny's to discuss what their plan for comic con was. They had bought a three-day pass for each of them and were planning on making the most of their time at comic con. Emma was planning out their trip hour by hour, and Killian was pretty much just agreeing with whatever Emma said.

When Ruby arrived with their food, Emma moved some papers aside so she could set the food on the table. Emma thanked Ruby and went back to looking at the schedules.

"So, on Friday, we do the Guardians of the Galaxy photo-ops and autographs in the morning, and go to the Guardians of the Galaxy panel in the afternoon," Emma began. "On Saturday, we do the Billie Piper and David Tennant photo-op in the morning, then go to their panel in the afternoon. On Sunday, we get Billie Piper and David Tennant autographs, another photo-op or autograph from the Guardians of the Galaxy actors who will still be there, and an autograph from Liam Hemsworth."

Killian nodded. "Sounds good."

It was sometime after Regina, Robin, and Roland had left for Boston the next morning when Emma knocked on the door of her parents' apartment. Killian had opted to stay in the car while Emma said goodbye to her parents.

Mary Margaret opened the door and smiled at Emma. "I thought you and Killian would already be on the road."

"I wouldn't leave without saying goodbye to my parents and little brother."

Mary Margaret laughed. "Well, David's in the shower, but I'll tell him you stopped by. Have fun! But not too much fun."

"I will," Emma promised. "Er...won't. Whatever." Emma hugged Mary Margaret and waved goodbye to Neal before returning to her car.

Nine hours later, Emma pulled into a parking place at the hotel they would be spending the night in. They had to stop several times along the way because Killian would complain about wanting to walk, needing food, or having to go to the bathroom. About three hours before they reached the hotel, Emma snapped and told him to grin and bear it or walk the rest of the way. Killian shut up after that.

Emma checked into the hotel and Killian carried the overnight bags to the elevator. They had decided to pack an overnight bag for the hotel so they didn't have to transport their suitcases extra times.

After they ate supper at a local restaurant, Emma got in the shower. When she came out of the bathroom, Killian was already asleep. She laughed under her breath before sliding into the bed next to him and planting a soft kiss on his forehead before falling asleep as well.

Author's note: I'm sorry this is short, but Wattpad deleted all but the first paragraph after I had written most of this, so I had to rewrite it, and I'm not very good at writing Captain Swan fluff to begin with.
