My Saviour (Rhett and Link Fanfiction)

Filming

In the morning I got up super early and got a shower and started making breakfast. I thought maybe if Rhett woke up to breakfast it might cheer him up a bit. When I was almost done cooking he entered the kitchen "Morning Rhett!" I smiled "Morning" he sat at the dining table and I place breakfast in front of him "No burnt toast today" I laughed which made him pull a small smile "And here's your coffee" I sat down and started eating my breakfast to. Rhett still wasn't really talking, he didn't say a thing all way through breakfast. Just as I was about to say something he checked his phone "We should get to the studio, we have a location to drive to today for filming". We left to head to the studio.

When we arrived at the studio Link, Stevie, Alex and another guy was there. The other guy came over and introduced himself "Hey I'm Ben, nice to meet you!" "Hey!" I smiled "I heard you're helping me film today" "Ohh I'm filming?" "Yeah, Rhett and Link told me you studied filming" "Yeah I did" "Well you'll really help out today then" he smiled. Rhett and Link travelled in their own car while me, Ben, Stevie and Alex travelled in like a mini van with lots of filming equipment. The location we arrived at was a wood and it was really creepy. We all got out and Alex stayed close by me, he could see I felt uneasy walking into the darkness of the trees "What's up Chloe you scared?" he mocked me "Well it is creepy" "Aww don't worry I'll protect you" he picked me up superhero style and I laughed. I could see Rhett staring at us over Alexs shoulder "Put me down!" I laughed, he put me down. I ran back to the mini van and helped Ben carry some equipment into the woods. Ben run through all the angles he wanted me to shoot and handed me a small rotatable camera, Link came over to me "You know how to use this right?" "Yeah, I've used one of these before" I smiled, he patted me on the shoulder "Great! Lets get started!". He walked back over to Rhett and got in position, he nodded at me and Ben then at Stevie. Stevie started playing music and Rhett and Link were singing over the words, I realised it was them singing! They both had amazing voices! I filmed them and we had to take a few retakes just to make sure it was perfect. Ben then handed me a huge camera, It was like a proper studio camera. I was struggling to hold it, Rhett came over "Here I'll help you with that" he put his hand on mine and adjusted the camera so it was resting on my shoulder, he then stood in front of me and moved my hand in different positions on the camera, I looked into his perfect greeny grey eyes "There that should be more comfortable" he smiled, I snapped out of my daze "Ohh umm yes thanks Rhett" I smiled. I had to shoot two shots, one with just Rhett and one with just Link. Ben told me where to shoot and we started filming.

Filming took up the whole day, after catching the last parts we put all the equipment back in the mini van. I was messing around on my phone and decided to get and Instagram.  I took a picture of Rhett and Link talking in the distance in front of the woods, I messed with a few filters and then posted it. 'If you go down in the woods today you'll be sure to find a Rhett and Link #BTS' was the caption. As I was waiting for it to upload Alex came up behind me and grabbed my shoulders "Boo!" he shouted and I screamed and turned around and slapped his arm "Don't do that!" "Ouch I won't if you're gonna go that" he laughed. Rhett came over "Instead of messing around why don't you get us something to eat and drink?" "Ok boss" Alex replied. I was going to get in the car with him but Rhett stopped me "Hey Chloe me and Link want to talk to you" "Ohh ok" I kissed Alex before he drove off and went to the guys "What is it?" I asked "Me and Link were just looking through the footage and we're really impressed by your work" I blushed. I've never really been complimented on anything I've done before "Thanks you guys! I really enjoyed filming!". We talked for an hour and Alex returned with everybody's food, we all ate together. I was with Alex eating and I kept seeing Rhett staring over at me, every time I caught him he'd pretend he wasn't looking. What is his problem?

After eating we all made it back to the studio, it was pretty late. I hugged and kissed Alex before I got in the car with Rhett. When we got home I took off my jacket and hung it up, Rhett stared at my bandaged up wrists "I should change those bandages". I sat on the sofa as he fetched the first aid kit, he sat next to me and pulled out a small tube of disinfectant cream "This might hurt a little" he said as he put it on my cuts and I cringed at the pain. He was so gentle when he wrapped the bandages over my wrists, he stared into my eyes as he did it and it made me feel a little funny. He is really handsome, I've never really seen him that way before. What am I saying!? I'm just tired after working hard. After he fixed me up with fresh bandages we went up to our rooms "Chloe, you did some amazing work today" he smiled "Goodnight" he said before entering his room "Goodnight Rhett" I smiled. I got into bed and I felt really happy, it help me get to sleep.
