My Saviour (Rhett and Link Fanfiction)

Weird...

I woke up in the morning to Rhetts singing again, he knocked on my door "I'm up" "I'll be downstairs making breakfast". I went and got a shower and got dressed then went to the kitchen and sat at the dining table. Rhett placed breakfast and a coffee in front of me and sat next to me and had a sip of his coffee "So how did the date go?" he asked "Well me and Alex are boyfriend and girlfriend now so I guess it went good" I smiled "He's your boyfriend?" "Yeah... it's not too soon is it?" "No, if you're happy I'm happy". His mood seemed to have changed after I told him that. I filled in the silence "I heard you and Link talking yesterday" he looked a little worried "You did?" "Yeah, I think you should tell Jen" I smiled "Tell Jen what?" "About how you feel about her, what you said was really sweet" "Ohh yeah, I'll tell her...". After breakfast we went to work.

When we arrived I got out of the car and Alex ran out to me and gave me a hug and a kiss on the cheek, Rhett pulled a face and went inside. We walked inside and went to the set room holding hands, I saw Rhett and Link look over at us. Rhett didn't look very happy and Link looked confused, they looked at each other and Link shook his head at Rhett. We walked over to Eddie and he smiled "Finally!" he teased "Shut up!" Alex laughed. I sat next to Alex, and watched the guys do the show, Alex had his arm around me. I saw Rhett look over at Alex every so often, it wasn't a very nice look either...

After the show I had to go edit, I stood up and Alex grabbed hold of my hand and followed me to the door. Just as we were about to leave Rhett stopped us "Where are you going Alex?" "Umm I was going with Chloe to watch her edit" Alex replied "I think Chloe would work better if you weren't there distracting her" I frowned at Rhett and gave Alex a quick kiss before I left. I went to the computer room and edited a few episodes which took a few hours. I leaned back in my chair and sighed, the door opened and Rhett walked in. I sat up and he walked over to me and handed me a coffee "Ohh umm thanks" I said as I blew it and took a sip "We've got a new machine so it should taste pretty good" he smiled "Yeah it's pretty nice thanks". He sat next to me and took a sip of his coffee, I felt a little awkward as it was really quiet "Chloe I need to tell you somethi-" "Hey Chloe... ohh hey Rhett" Alex barged in and interrupted him "What Rhett?" "Na it doesn't matter" he rubbed his forehead "Ok then..." I left to go to the set room brining my coffee with me. For the rest of the evening I sat and chatted to the others about mine and Alexs date.

It was time to leave, I gave Alex a hug and a kiss and said goodbye to everyone. Rhett was really quiet driving us home and he was really quiet when we were eating dinner too, he normally starts a conversation about anything. He looked kind of sad "Are you ok Rhett?" I asked "Umm" he looked at his phone to check the time "It's late, we should hit the pillow. We gotta be up early tomorrow as were filming for a music video" "Wait, you do music videos?" "Yeah, both me and Link sing but I'll talk about it in the morning" he left and went up to bed. I finished my dinner and went up to bed myself. Rhett's acting really weird and I somehow feel like it's because of me... What have I done?
