Your POV

As the plane touched down in Bern my eyes shot open at the sudden impact the wheels of the plane made with the runway. I looked to my right to find my husband Roman looking out the window with our three year old daughter Lena and our five year old son Julien. Roman was pointing out the window at our surroundings showing our children where he grew up.

When the plane came to a complete stop and the pilot announced it was time for us to board off of the plane Roman stood up and handed Lena over to me while he took Julien's hand in his. When we were boarding off of the plane Roman slung his arm around my shoulders and placed a delicate kiss a top of my lips.

Roman's parents, were waiting for us at the gate and as soon as I put Lena down on the ground she ran towards her grandparents in a frenzy talking a mile a minute. When we approached them his mother pulled me into a warm hug while his father pulled me into a bear hug.

"Gram mama I miss you" Lena yelled as she jumped into her grandmother's arms.

"I missed you too my sweet angel"

Roman's dad took Julien from Roman as we walked through the airport towards the Josi's SUV. Roman took my hand in his as we walked to the car, fans occasionally stopping and asking Roman for pictures. On our way to the Josi's residence we talked about what our plans were for the offseason and our plans for the season as well.

When we arrived at the house Julien and Lena instantly ran outside to play on the swing set Roman's parents had set up for them. Roman and I walked upstairs to his old bedroom that hadn't changed a bit since he left hime to join the Milwaukee Admirals before he got his start in the NHL.

We set our suitcase down in the corner of the room before I feel back on the bed with a sigh. I felt something hovering over me before I opened my eyes. When I opened my eyes I saw Roman's face hovering over mine.

"Ti amo la signora Josi. (I love you Mrs. Josi.)"

"I will never get tired of hearing that Mr. Josi."

He leaned down and began to kiss me softly like it was our first kiss all of those years ago. We were rudely interrupted when a knock sounded at our door. Roman got off of me just in time for his mother to come into the room.

"Julien and Lena are looking for you. Their are outside." She says as she leaves the room with a smile dawning her face.

I looked at Roman to see his cheeks had turned a bright red in color. I laughed at him and grabbed his hand to drag him downstairs and out the back door to see our children.

Lena was sliding down the slide as Julien was climbing up the mini rock wall. When they saw us their eyes lit up and their smiles widened. Roman went over to Lena as I went over to Julien.

I could already tell Julien was going to be just like his father. He would be starting his first hockey season in the fall with a group of ice midgets around his age. He looked very similar to me by the color of his hair and the color of his eyes. I looked over at Lena and Roman side by side. She looked so much like him, I could barely pass for her mother. Her skin tone matched his and so did her eyes.

When Roman saw me looking his way he strolled over to me and wrapped his arms around my waist. He rested his head on my shoulder as we looked upon our children enjoying their time here in Bern.

"Thank you for coming home with me (Y/N). You make me feel loved and I want to feel this way for the rest of my life."

"I can promise you that Roman. I can promise you a life full of love from me. Also love from Lena and Julien and-"

"(Y/N)?"

"Roman, I'm pregnant"

He started at me with big eyes until a smile broke out onto his face. He picked me up off of the ground and spun me around in circles while I laughed at his crazy antics.

"Stop Roman. You're going to make me sick."

He put me down as embraced me in a hug and kissed me like there was no tomorrow and that today was all that we had.

"We are going to have a baby. A baby. I love you (Y/N) Josi. You make me the happiest man on the planet."

Eight months later I was in the kitchen in our home in Nashville preparing dinner for Roman when he got home when I felt all of the breath sucked out of my body. I called for Roman's teammates who were in the house playing with the children.

"Kevin! Taylor!"

Two hockey players ran into the kitchen to find me on the floor in obvious pain. Taylor helped me into the car as Kevin went to get Lena and Julien. On our way to the hospital Taylor called Roman and put it on speaker. Who we expected to answer the phone didn't, it was the last person on Earth we thought would answer the phone, Peter Laviolette.

"Excuse me, Taylor. Roman is in a meeting."

"Peter! It's (Y/N)! I'm in labor sent Roman to Vanderbilt!"

"Oh right away! My bad! He's coming"

When we arrived and Vandy Roman was in the waiting room waiting for me to get there. Nurses wheeled me into a room where I would give birth. Twenty minutes later, with Roman by my side a handsome baby boy was placed into my arms. I looked up at Roman and asked him the question I had been wanting to ask him since we got to the hospital.

"What was your meeting about Roman?'

"You are now married to the captain of the Nashville Predators"

I squealed quietly because of the excitement today brought into our family and our life as a whole. We looked down at our little boy. Our little Samuel Cedric Josi.
