AFFECTION

Chapter 2

Kriti packed her luggage. It wasn't too heavy that she couldn't even be able to move the bag. She just kept some clothes.

Her flight was at 11:43pm... She went to Varun's room to check whether he is awake or sleeping. She found him sleeping, snoring too. He was looking so cute and adorable... though it means the same... She wanted to kiss his cheek so did she. Varun didn't get up but gave a faint smile and tilted other side slowly.
She wrote a letter and kept on the desk and went to the airport for her flight.

In 7:50am she reached Newyork city. A company car came to pick her up.She was going to live in Murphy's hotel. It was luxurious place and has  beautiful scenery. She was really tired and hungry. She ordered pizza and took a quick hot shower. She ate her pizza and headed towards conference point. Everything went well in the meeting. She was about to go to her room when she crashed with some one.  He was wearing a white t-shirt and loosely fitted blue jeans. He was wearing specs.He was a muscular man with beard. Kriti apologized for her doing then her phone beeped and she went to her room. It was call from Varun. She picked up.

Kriti: Hello!
Varun:  Hi,how are you?
Kriti: I am good.By the way why did you called me. You wanted to make sure that I am dead or not.
Varun: Kriti please stop it. I was just concerned ,ok and eat your dinner,it will be something around 10 pm right now.I will call you again and take care.Good night.
Kriti:Good night, said in a annoyed voice.
She ate pasta and slept. After three hours she woke up in bad state. She had a nightmare.She was shivering. She was really scared so she decided to call Varun to get some courage. She quickly grabbed her phone and called him.

Varun: (sheepishly) Hello? Kriti Shannon? This is Varun Dhawan!!! Want an autograph?

Kriti: (in a shaky voice) H–Hi..?

Varun: Kriti, are you alright? Why aren't you sleeping? ...Is everything okay, tell me if it isn't... I am getting a bit scared now by that silence of yours... Hey!

Kriti: N–Nothing, it was just a nightmare, you see! I wanted someone to comfort me, so I called you.

Varun: Oh, listen don't worry I will be always with you. Now, don't think about that and sleep like a brave girl... okay?

Kriti:Hmmmm...

Varun: And listen, take care.

Kriti: Okay...(she cuts the phone. Eh? No, no, no, no! She ain't literally cut the phone into two part! She just hangs it up..?)
