I woke up early today and poured myself a cup and tea and shit went in the living room to be with my family and suddenly everyone just looks at me and yells that I'm not gonna be giving my exams offline like what the fuck I just woke up dude let me have my cup of tea I get that you aren't gonna send me to school

Okay so this is a really random ass rant but: :D?!  ganesh chaturthi is in like 2 goddamn weeks? Im gonna have to start help clean up the house in a few days and also the fact that we haven't even done that one day before all this where all the ladies go out for the whole day and shop and eat and do whatever the fuck they want? Heck, we haven't even chosen the idol for this year yet. Sad since I pick one every year and I'm real excited for it but honestly my bigger concern is that we haven't started with the cleaning and we haven't picked out decorations and also that we have to buy new ones most probably. We haven't picked out the sarees for the gauris, and haven't even started with choosing out what stuff we're gonna do.
            I feel like the time right now is going very slow and the living room feels bare. It also feels empty and my future self is gonna hit me for this, but I love it when we dine in the living room all sitting randomly because "we can't leave him alone" as my grandma says. I can't WAIT till my relatives come over and the house will feel full and crowded, just as I like it to be. It gets hard to dine in the living room and I mostly have to sit in someone's lap but honestly it's MUCH more fun than dining alone. Sleepless nights make up half of the festival because we spend the night playing cards and talking and catching up because this is the only time of the year that all of us are actually together, and sometimes we go out and visit almost every major temple in the vicinity. And it wasn't even possible last year. Sad, but we had no other choice, traveling from one city to another wasn't allowed, and it really pissed some of us off like wth bro. You shouldve put all the necessary precautions during Diwali, jackass. 
          Anyways I'm refraining from sitting in the living room for long but hey only two more weeks.
