Nad's writing journey began when she accidentally auditioned a character for an OC battle group on Polyvore back in 2016. She only wrote short stories for her characters then, until Polyvore got replaced and she was left with nothing to occupy her spare time with. That was when she started musing the idea of writing a novel. An Ember Among Shadows is her first  ̶b̶a̶b̶y̶  novel.
