My name is Maddie, and I love writing. I write poetry, short stories, and romance novels. My life isn't exactly what you call a normal life. I have a Trach in my neck to help me breathe. I also can't talk so I communicate using American Sign Language. 

Yes, I'm different, but we are all different in little ways. Some people just stick out more than others.
