Wei wei

Hi Everyone!

People in the corporate world call me Sylvia, but seems like lately my preferred name is Wei Wei (from my Chinese heritage). I think it's because my husband started calling me that, so now it's become quite popular. I grew up in Fairfax, Virginia, and moved to NYC in 2006. I just turned 30 this year and decided that is was time to explore my creative side more!

I went to school for Fashion Design, but I always had a million ideas beyond garment making. I'm am an illustrator, a gardener, a writer, and lover of DIY projects ~ haha.

I really like to write about what exists in reality and give just a hint of mysticism, wonder, and adventure. Literally I like to call my genre as: Historical Science Fiction. 

A contradiction you make say, well without contradiction what would make the world an interesting place?
