Writing has always been my go to means of emotional therapy. I bottle up so much inside and rarely have the opportunity to materialize such thoughts. For this reason, writing serves as a good release. I've experienced a lot in my years of life and my mind is constantly thinking up ideas that are impossible to explain with spoken word.
