Spreading Awareness for Mental Health Issues

Ever want to know more about mental illnesses? Feel like you've been outcasted because of it? 

Fear not! Here at SpreadingAwareness4 we are dedicated to providing all the information we can about mental health and providing a safe space to all who have them or just want to learn more about them!

All admins will have an email chain so communication among each other is fairly easy. (Admins, if this does not work for you please notify the founder or a fellow admin so we can figure out another alternative!)

Our admins will each have a book (or more than one if they so wish) dedicated to informing readers about specific mental illnesses/disorders, getting right down to the nitty gritty details no one ever thinks about. 

We will discuss how to handle these mental illnesses, what it might be like for someone living with them, and how to support someone who may have them.

If you so wish you may share your stories with us and we will post them in our books as well. Just message one of our admins or the founder and we will get back with you! (Note: this is OPTIONAL. You do not have to share your story if you do not want to. However, we will not discourage or judge anyone who does. This is a safe space for All!) 

If you wish to support our cause in another manner you can create a book featuring a character with a mental illness, add our sticker to your cover, and add #SpreadingAwareness to your story.
