In this account, we are all working hard toward a single goal, help those struggling with depression. That can be done in numerous ways, from helping someone you know, to writing a book about it, to raise awareness and we're here to lend you a hand!

Depression is pretty serious and it's usually passed off as a joke. Due to its complexity, my goal is to spread the word and to make people who suffer from it not feel left out because of it. So let's spread smiles together!❞
