This is not meant to take credit for everything that the StrongGirlsClub and TheStrongGuysClub have done, but to unite us as one. They are the inspiration for this account and everything that I have planned.

And we're here to help you through it. You matter, and if you don't see it, we're here to help you find that confidence.

We're here to show you that you have something to live for.
We're here to show you that what people say shouldn't consume your life.
We're here to give you a hand and help you up after you've fallen.
We're here to help you be you.
