What's your mission for After Hours??

Our mission is to help people. Its that simple.

Every one has low points in life, we are here to help people through them.
We aren't here to "fix" you, and we aren't here to bash you. We are here to listen and talk through stuff.
We are 100% confidential, so if you come to me or one of my workers and say "you cant tell anyone" then we cant tell anyone outside of the advocates 

We will be writing books and having contests, talking about stuff no one else really wants to talk about.

Such as:
▪︎bullying
▪︎depression
▪︎anxiety
▪︎self harm
▪︎self hate
▪︎losing weight 
▪︎gaining weight
▪︎abuse in all forms
▪︎sexuality

We will also be talking about:
▪︎mindfulness
▪︎meditation
▪︎ other things you can do instead of self harm

We are here to assist.

We are here to stand up and scream loudly that YES we all go through bad things but no matter what we go through we can stand taller than ever before.
