Yes, I might start a book, mid-action or have my characters having sex in the first chapter. If you have a problem, GO TO A PERFECT STORY. I'm not a teacher or a contracted writer; you cant expect perfection; nor do, I expect perfection in the stories/📖, I have read.

I'm just a person who enjoys reading & writing. Who happens to be very vulgar & likes visuals. The characters, I use in MY STORIES are whom, I choose. I liked the picture someway or another. 

If I give, you a picture & have decribed my characters, I WOULD HOPE, we know, it's not the person in the picture, but my characters who are doing the actions, I described.
